We bring our pups in for the vet services that are once a month. Nail trimming, anal glands etc. Everyone is very friendly, lots of products to choose from and the employees seem to be knowledgeable about thier products unlike some of the other big pet supply stores.

We live pretty close to Kahoots, and I come occasionally to pick up a treat or two for my pup, and always find the staff helpful and kind. But, a super high five for the shot and services clinic they hold every few weeks. Check their website for details. I brought our dog in as her rabies was due, and found the whole process great. They do everything from rabies to all shots needed for boarding as well as teeth cleanings, gland expression, and testing for heart worm (with that,I believe you have to come back in a few weeks later to find out the results). What I like about it was the costs were really good, and you don't pay for that expensive "exam" visit. You get the certificate there to take for boarding or getting a dog license. It is really straight forward and reasonable. Thanks to Kahoots for offering this service and saving everyone lots of money!

What a great team at the Menifee store. Super, super helpful staff to help you with their already amazing products. The manager dropped everything to go over the finer points of kibble for our dog and the rest of the staff is just as friendly and knowledgeable right down to the young cashier. You just don't find the younger generation so eager to help. What a testament to the management at this store. We are so happy to have a great alternative to the big box pet stores....you've got a customer for life.
