“What a great experience! I came in on a Thursday, looking for a very unique type of screw backing for one of my earrings. I hadn't worn them in so long because I didn't have a back for it. I chose Keller's jewelry because a lot of people had mentioned them on Facebook, so I thought I'd give them a try. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with, a friendly "hello", and "welcome"! I was attended to quickly and the backing to my earring came in the very next day. I have to say, customer service has really faded away, but not here at Keller's jewelry. It's so nice to be treated like a person of value and attended to respectfully. I will definitely return.”
