Recieved some help in the office to get my tax returns figured out. Paying over $100 for the in office service. Got some information for withholding but still haven't been able to make adjustments because of no response. Disappointed.

I walked in unprepared, absolute last minute, and with a complete tax mess I had created. The lady that greeted me, who had no appointments available, asked me a few questions, went to a website to get me the correct answers I needed to fix my own mess and decided she would fix and do my taxes right then. 30 minutes later, with her now having to stay later, she did everything for me and my returns were fixed and accepted. I didn't even get her name, but she was so caring, thorough and kind. I have used H&R block many times, and I've always been given wonderful tax people, but today was exceptional. She was exceptional!

Kimberly Stallard It has been a struggle to find someone that I feel comfortable with doing my taxes. This is Kimberly's first time doing my taxes and she has set the bar incredibly high. She is very smart, professional, throughout, and military friendly. She made sure I didn't forget a single thing. This year was the easiest tax filing I've ever done.
