My boyfriend got some flowers for valentine day. What I received is very different from the one he ordered and the flowers were not fresh at all. More green leaves than flowers, different colors/ vase everything.Be weary that you will not received what you paid for. You’ll be better off buying some bouquet at walmart or other supermarket.I love my SO intents but I despite the flowers knowing how much he paid for this garbage.

Terrible and overpriced. They scam people thinking you can pick up in other cities. Flowers were falling apart. Didn't even have my order ready they just took someone else's.

I bought flowers for a death in the family, I was called 2 days later being told they don't have those flower. Ok what do you have? Poinsettia he replied. I'm not paying $93 dollars for a poinsettia, can I have a refund. Yes I got some of the refund back. They kept $10 DOLLARS! I send an email and never heard anything back. I waited 6 weeks to give the company the benefit of the doubt, and YES! I was offered a plant instead of a sympathy arrangement. That's why I asked for a refund.

Service was OK but It Appears that 1-800 flowers has partnered with" sendacake.com" explosion boxes . I was misled by the commercial ad on television that my "cake explosion box" would be $54.99 When you go online the prices somehow continue to skyrocket upward. In addition, I expected a $10-$15 shipping fee. instead $33. I got a couple pennies short of $33. FOR SHIPPING ADDED to the $54.99. For a Wapping $95.62 Total . Make sure you're dealing with "sendacake.com" and not 1800 flowers or you will be gouged for shipping .

Ive been buying flowers from this company for a few months 2-3 times a month and my lady is always impressed by their arrangements. They deliver, and if theres ever an issue with what i order, they give me a courtesy call. Great flower shop!

One star is too much for this business. Two recent orders were wrong. One was supposed to be Orchids and they sent Lily's. The second one the flowers were ordered on a basket but sent in a vase. Suggest you are very specific if you order from here. Or go elsewhere.

This place is the worst flower shop I have ever attempted to use. The owner talked over me the entire time and was so rude. They advertise flowers and didn't have any of them and when I asked about a replacement she said she can't guarantee what they will look like. REALLY THE RUDEST. I would never recommend her for any flowers. Go somewhere else. Pass it on. She doesn't even deserve a one.

I originally placed an order with another company who promised delivery by the 20th of July to the hospital where my family member was having urgent surgery. After I placed and paid for the order they notified me that delivery would be on the 26th of July... Not acceptable to me. I cancelled that order, went on line and found Heaven Scent in the town where my family member lived.Heaven Scent first called and said they needed to make a change to an item that was in the ordered fruit basket, I agreed to the substitution.Not only was the basket delivered on time, the response to the basket was happy raves, just what I had hoped for. I went in and asked the gentleman if he has hair flower accessories, something like “baby breaths” for my engagement photos today and after he brought me out a few I asked him how much and he said “this one’s on us”. Very thoughtful and I truly appreciate it!Definitely RECOMMEND this florist shop

A VERY rude woman answered the phone, and I felt like i was bothering her. She wanted to charge me based on my "budget" and what i was willing to pay, not the actual price. Then what i get is based on the florists "choice". Rip off and horrible customer service.

“WARNING” Worst customer service ever! My 16 year old son had called this business to inquire about purchasing a graduation lei. When he was ready to make a payment he asked if AMEX was accepted and he was told no, because of fees and what not, which is fine. He asked if he could use his Apple Card which is a Master Card and he was told no. He was never told what payment method was acceptable and the lady was talking down to him and had a very unpleasant attitude. I followed up with a call of my own and was also met with the same type of response. She stated that they don’t take AMEX, which again is fine, but she also told me that they don’t take Apple credit card, obviously not understanding that an Apple Credit Card is a Master Card. When I asked her what payment they do accept, she stated that they take any other form of payment besides AMEX or Apple Credit Card. When she asked for my name and I provided it, she asked who had called previously, I stated that it was my son who had called earlier. She then started talking about fraud and how this was a red flag for fraud. A simple inquiry about a lei turned into a business owner speaking down to my child and than speaking down to me, as if we’re idiots. I’ve never visited this location in person, but the customer service over the phone was horrible. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. I would’ve given them zero stars if it were an option.
