They called me directly to let me know that they did not have my first choice of plant to be delivered as a birthday gift. They suggested a replacement and it was PERFECT!

They don't know deep pink from red!! The florist called me since the lavender roses were not available and texted me a picture of rose colors they did have, we selected a beautiful deep pink. We received a picture of what was sent and unfortunately it was red roses!! When I called, the florist argued with me that the picture could be distorted of the true color and they sent pink. I texted the recipient and they said red!! As I mentioned on the phone, I am not looking for a refund. An apology would have been nice. When your paying premium prices for flower arrangements, you should get the color you ordered!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called inquiring about an online order in which I did not receive an email receipt. I tried to explain the situation and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and hostile! She didn't want to try and help me in any way, however, we eventually discovered over the course of the conversation that apparently they never received the order. Then once it seemed to be resolved after the painful back and forth, she told me in a sarcastic way "thank you for wasting 15 minutes of my time." This was truly a horrible customer service experience. I'm happy my order didn't go through, I did not want to waste my money to support their business!

The lies in this response are blowing my mind. I stood there by my mom through this entire phone call, my mother was trying to explain to the worker who was incredibly rude & right off the bat told my mom “I don’t know what you are talking about” when my mom explained the arrangement and told her it was for a mausoleum flower holder for my late aunts service. Once the worker snarked at my mom & spoke down on her, which is something I now know is a common thing here after reading more replies; my mom simply & innocently told her to imagine the walls of the cemetery where they have the the holders & the worker screamed at my mom telling her don’t tell her she’s going to be buried in a wall. Her screaming that made zero sense when all my mom was doing was painting a picture for her, after all they are florists so I assume they would know what a mausoleum flower holder is. My mom did not laugh in her face, she nervously chuckled because she couldn’t believe the responses she was getting, after being talked down to and screamed at further is when my mother told them she was taking her business elsewhere. So please, check their yelp reviews as they are rated only 2 stars, & read through the rest of their reviews here on google where it clearly shows they have a reputation for mistreating their paying customers.

I called this local florist to order some flowers for my deceased sister. The person who answered the phone was VERY RUDE and I was in true disbelief. Florists should be able to deal with deaths in a sensitive, compassionate matter. I do not recommend this florist and was able to find another local florist to help me in this difficult time.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! The customer service was outstanding, and they called when the flowers I originally ordered weren't good to replace with some that were up to par. I would definitely order from this shop again!

I did not like the freshness of the flowers. I paid almost $100 for brown and curved ends. They were very nice and this is my first in decades buying flowers in person. I’m going to go back to ordering them. I always got crispy pretty flowers from the ordering hubs.
