Great Clips has a good check-in process that is fairly quick and easy. I am happy with the haircuts I have received. Alex did my first one and I ask for her every time. She is wonderful.

Sooooo upsetting!!!!! Very dissatisfied and unhappy for my youngest haircut!!!!! I wasn’t with them when my husband took our 2 sons today like around 12pm. My youngest told me that the lady who cut his hair was wearing glasses with pink or purple color. She totally ruined my sons’ hair!!!!!! I was so upset with my husband too coz he didn’t care to complain. We are going to a party that’s why we let them have a haircut. Now his hair
Really look ugly and bad :((( Not worth the pricey amount plus the tip we paid.

I always go to Great Clips,and I am always satisfied! However, today is the first time that I tried out the Newport Crossing location. I am very happy with the service that I received from
“ Cora” who trimmed my hair evenly, and exactly as I requested. It was less than a 30 minute wait after checking in online. I will be returning to this location again!

Martha is wonderful and knows my callics I will only only go to her. I’ve waited 25 min and would even wait an hour just for her even though I’m first on the waitlist

Alex did a wonderful job cutting my hair!! I also love the convenience of not having to make an appointment but also being able to check-in online to avoid having to sit around and wait to be seen.

I was helped by Alex. She was very welcoming, attentive, and always asked my opinion on the haircut. She gave great advice on how to care for my hair in the future and generously offered to show me a cream to use. I felt very calm and confident the entire time. She was very sweet to me.

I got exactly what I asked for and my stylist even took her time with my bangs to see if I liked them, she blowed dried them and styled them to see if I was satisfied with them.That was really nice.
