Didn't visit any rooms - just the conference center. We loved it and the service was excellent. It was a high school graduation.

The Hotel itself is nice and well equipped, the staff on the other hand is a joke. There were dogs in the room adjacent to mine that would not quiet down(constant howling) forcing me to check out early. Both the person at the front desk(David Bonds) and the general manager(George Flores) who acknowledged the problem were zero help. Refused to issue me a partial credit for my room and said there would be be early check out fee. What a joke.

Was there for a Woman's Conference..THE STAFF WERE ALL AMAZING.. The Conference room we had was AMAZING, everything was clean and soooooo beautiful... Definitely looking to have our conference there next year...

What they charge for these rooms? It's not worth it. And they charge like that because they have no competition in the city right now. They do offer breakfast in the morning. A hot breakfast but other than that they offer really no good amenities
Walkability: There are restaurants in walking distance but that's about all and there's a park nearby.

This is the first time we held our annual Positioned to Be Blessed Women’s Conference at this hotel. The conference room is spacious, beautiful and very clean. The General Manager, George and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate our every need. We couldn’t be happier with the decor and the amenities and we plan to book next year’s event at this hotel. The hotel exceeded expectations and we highly recommend this venue for your event.

Great experience. I had to change rooms for service purposes. David at the front desk was awesome. Clean, food was great. Would recommend this place.
Rooms: Had an issue with first room. Immediately fixed issue and got me into a new room.
Safety: Felt secure. Clean. Well lit.
Food & drinks: Restaurants close by. Walking distance.

There were 6 of us for our 2 rooms/3 night stay and we all agreed this was the perfect hotel for our needs. Great location! Clean! Friendly! Comfortable beds! Newly developed area with many eating and shopping choices within walking distance. David was patient and kind when I called with questions prior to making the reservations, and everything he said was spot on! Keon, at the main desk upon check in, was amazing! The breakfast was good and plenty! The housekeeping staff was very accommodating! Some of us enjoyed the hot tub. There is a dirt lot next to the hotel, which was off putting in pictures but was a non issue in person. We felt comfortable, safe and at ease our entire visit. Highly recommend! Would stay again if needed.
