this dollar tree location is actually really nice!!! and clean!!! and very organized!!! the only downside is the cashiers was a little low only two people! we needed to use the restroom so we asked the girl and she was very polite and gave us the key and helped us right away!! this location was much cleaner than others! i like it!! parking was easy too!! this place was very busy when we went but i really enjoy this location!

Just came out of the Dollar Tree today in Menifee. I have to say this was the best more organized store i have seen in a long time. Thank you Dollar Tree for working so hard.

Nice staff, friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked and clean. Could use more people at check out but even with a line the staff was efficient and got through it quickly.

Lots to choose from, but you get what you pay for, pretty much everything is a $1.25.

This dollar tree is very busy but usually only has one cashier . The manager seems to be to busy to help in the register . The poor cashier has a huge line every time I'm there and gets no help . I don't like going to this dollar tree for that reason .

It's a dollar tree but I feel the staff do a great job of keeping the store organized. I have been incredibly impressed with the products whenever I come in. They stay up to date with holidays and have really great toys for kids at a great value!

Customer service is not top priority at this store. They always wait till there is 10 to 12 people in line with only one cashier open till they call for another cashier. And sometimes they won't even call for another cashier while you see other employees walking around. Sure some people have time to wait 15 to 20 minutes in a check out line in this Dollar Tree, I don't.

I was at the store on Sunday, 4/16/23 and as I walked in there were two store carts with sale items of .25 cents. I picked up the tubes with colored icing. As I checked out with my items , I was charged $1.25 each so I let the register know they were on sale for -25 cents. She called the manager "Letty" to correct the sale. Letty was so rude and said that that's what the computer charges, so I either take them for 1.25 or leave them. I walked over and showed her the sale basket and she pulled those items and returned to the shelf. She said she couldn't do anything. I was so upset at her Letty was so rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever!

Dirty store and awful customer service. I asked for fresh balloons and they refused to blow up any new balloons. I had to pick out and pay for balloons that were half inflated. They had me pay for the balloons first which was fine, but had me leave my bag at the register. When I came back to the register my bag was gone. Sale associates Jasmin stated "I never said I would babysit your bag and you were in the same area as me". I told her I had to put the weights on the balloons because no one offered any customer service. Her response was "we had a line and thats not our responsibility that's the customers". She handed my bag to a different customer and wanted to take no responsibility for it. There were no apologies offered, no assistance to help resolve the situation, nothing. Not only that, but Jasmin spoke about me to different customers while i waited for them to call their manager. She was telling tiger customer that I have no respect for others when MY stuff was stolen.
