Had to setup a business checking account and met with Shawn Upton. He was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable private client banker. Time is critical to a busy person such as myself and I appreciate his efficiency, but without even me mentioning how much of a hurry I was in he handled things effortlessly.

This is getting bad. Just got my wallet stolen, and even with a passport i can't take out money. Time to switch banks

They cannot assist your banking needs if you go to the branch and their appointments are a week out. The worst in person service customer service.
