Yes ever wonder why banks have certain people than others,by that I mean class turns out,from my experience is once you have a account and if if you broke like my case you get you're account close for not being a contributing person.Ok my account got closed for in activity of paying a fee imposed by them ,for a unauthorized transaction they allowed after I had already set up block payment with our my authority first so they refunded me the transaction amount but did not take away the over draft fee,so hense they said my account was closed,There no way of opening it and refused to take away the fee.so on the phone they say you can just walk in and open another.At thebank they said my direct deposit i have pending would not worck as i needed to pay the previous amount in cash hense filtering my
Broke as getting an account withthem so have me waiting because they find there schedule lunch is more important than a person like my self and have to be wait to see if the system will allow me open with our

I've been with chase bank through my ups and downs. They are great and alway keep me informed when there is any activity at all in my account! Love them. ❤️

So I finally needed actual services at a branch. HOW DID THAT GO? 1. Could they cash my savings bonds? No. I was told to snail mail them to the treasury (because everyone wants to put bonds blindly in the mail and hope they get there!) 2. Could they provide a notary? Yes, but only if I could wait 3 weeks for an appt! All locations near me were 'at capacity' 3. What about service fees? Chase no longer has any free accounts. My account dipped under $1,500 with direct deposit and immediately was hit with a $12 monthly service fee. Good-bye Chase!

This branch is horrible. ATMs are always broken and hours randomly change and close early. Do yourself a favor and go to another branch.

Do yourself a favor & bank ANYWHERE else. This branch has refused to close (my mom's) account too many times to count over the last few years she's tried to close it. I went along to help twice, and watched them make excuses & site protocol, but when they realized I was not going to give up as easily, they 86'd me from the bank so I could not come back!!!I've filled my grievance with corporate, I wish I could taste them 0-stars, and I'm seriously about to contact FINRA.

Been banking with them for 20 years without problems. Great service. I think that they are solvent and in good standings.

Nice, helpful staff, but no manager. Parking in back is somewhat of an issue, but trying to use ATM on street side is downright dangerous!

Nobody answers the phones was looking to open a credit card so went across the street to Fargo and got one.
