Gives customers such a hard time.
I always make a deposit every time I get my paycheck and it usually goes really smoothly. There would be the same female teller with red curly hair and glasses. She was super helpful, recognized me since I come so often, and my visit was never longer than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I learned that she quit a while ago.
Today, I went to 2 different tellers and they both asked for my ID because I "don't look" my age. Are you serious? Not having my ID with me, they canceled the bank deposit and only let me deposit if I show them my ID. This is such a hassle considering I'm DEPOSITING. If I was making a withdrawal, then I could see why they'd ask for that. Ridiculous.
Then the tellers would say "You're welcome to deposit via the bank ATM". What's the difference from me depositing into the ATM and you? You're literally witnessing with your own eyes me putting that money into the account. Stupid. At this rate, it's only a matter of time before ATMs takes all their jobs.
Awful. Tellers are clearly just lazy.

Bank clerks are courteous, professional, and efficient. Always a pleasure dealing with the staff at this Chase location.

Went to Chase to open a checking account since both my banks are out of state and I wanted a local one since I now reside here. Was asked if I opened one online and told her no, I didn't want to chance putting personal information online, she said I needed an appointment?? I went to my car and opened one online against my original plan. Strike one. I received a check in the mail from the Treasury Department-U.S Government agency printed right on the check and decided to use the online deposit with mobile banking. A few days later, I get an email saying they couldn't verify the check and needed more information to release the funds into my account. I let a week go by and try logging onto my account and it shows no account found! Once again, I go into the branch and was told the account was closed because Chase was unable to verify the check and there was nothing they could do there at the branch and that I'd have to call a number to get this resolved. Strike two. I told her I was retired military and had already changed my direct deposit and that it was scheduled to come to this account! It was already too late to change it for this month as the funds were already scheduled! So now I have to wait a whole month to get paid because my bill collectors are going to postpone the due dates! Not. Strike three. When I spoke to the person on the phone, he said I could go into a branch and I stopped him right there and let him know they're the one's who told me I needed to call them! He said I would need to open a whole new account and I said, "NO THANKS!!! End of call and rant.

1. Needed a Notary -- "3 week wait." Seriously? And yes, we checked other local branches - still 3 week wait. 2. Needed to cash $1000 savings bond: "Sorry, you'll have to snail mail that to the Treasury we don't do that here." 3. For the first time ever, our account dipped below $1,500: "That will result in a $12 monthly service fee" 4. Needed to make a deposit at ATM "Sorry this ATM is not taking deposits at this time" So what do you actually DO for "service" Chase? #Dobetter #Fail #Goodbye

I have been doing business with Chase Bank for over 5 years now both business and personal banking. Customer service has gone down hill. They don't deposit payroll checks into our account for over 48 hours longer than my other employees that bank with different banks. They put over a 10 day hold on a check that I deposited into my account with not explanation or knowledge as to why the check is on hold. They even tried to put a hold on a check that I wrote out of our business account into my personal account and both accounts are with Chase Bank and I am a signer on both accounts. I went round and round with Barry and Sean on these issues and they have no good reason for the hold. I finally cleared out most of my accounts with Chase and will be doing business with a different bank.

If these tellers keep acting like this, it's only a matter of time before ATMs takes all their jobs. Awful. Tellers are clearly just bored.

Don't have anything bad to say about the branch, but Chase ATM machines suck. They are so slow, I could swear they are still using dial-up. They are constantly broken too. Not so long ago all machines on both branches were broken. Don't buy any more ATM's from the Chinese outlet store.

Had to setup a business checking account and met with Shawn Upton. He was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable private client banker. Time is critical to a busy person such as myself and I appreciate his efficiency, but without even me mentioning how much of a hurry I was in he handled things effortlessly.

If you're looking to open a new account, I recommend considering moving your business to another bank that prioritizes genuine client relationships, particularly with Military families and Menifee residents. The branch manager named Jamie, exhibits a lack of exceptional client service. Even when the lobby is vacant with no other clients waiting, with available bankers, there is a possibility that you might still be asked to wait for 30 minutes in order to be attended. In addition, receive a sarcastic suggestion from the branch manager, accompanied by an attitude, to "Go buy a cup of coffee", should you express your concerns. It is important to address the branch manager's approach to the situation more positively towards the client. This negative behavior does not align with providing satisfactory service to the community and their banking needs. Efforts should be made to improve the overall experience and ensure that clients are treated with respect and professionalism.

This is the best chase bank in the area. Highly professional and helpful tellers here. They need to bring back the fresh crispy bills they often had here, it's what made it my favorite chase, bring that back.

Customer service at Chase in Menifee has went Down hill . Between Shawn and Kevin. There was always someone will to lend a helping hand . However after banking with Chase business for 4 years . I decided to move my B of A account over , However when I signed in the lady told me that she is my new A/M that I would have to consider coming back in a week. Needless to say The Temecula branch was able to assist me same day .So today I needed to link my accounts. The bank was slow . The same lady had finished with one customer. However given my circumstances. My business wasn’t important enough for her . I told her it was almost 2 months and that I tried. But she insisted that I make an appointment.Plenty of times other scenario’s I’ve waited an hour because I needed some assistance. Butthis second time the same lady did not offer any at all .

They cannot assist your banking needs if you go to the branch and their appointments are a week out. The worst in person service customer service.

The lady that helped me with red hair has quite the attitude, busy chatting with this gentleman and then I finally am next and she's of no assistance. I deposited $2500 and the atm couldn't deposit it and said error. I've been speaking to the claims department but no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and will be changing banks. Do not go to this location!
