Chase Bank has helpful and professional staff, with tellers and private client bankers who are efficient and knowledgeable. Customers appreciate the quick and seamless service, especially from bankers who handle transactions with care and effort. However, many customers are frustrated with the ATM machines, describing them as slow and often broken, with some suggesting they are outdated and unreliable. Overall, the branch is well-regarded for its helpful staff and good service, but the ATM experience leaves much to be desired. Customers hope for improvements in the ATM machines and wish for the return of the fresh, crispy bills that once made the branch their favorite.
So far I have had pretty wonderful experiences here especially with Nicole. I’ve opened two accounts and even when there were some issues with documentation, she’s been right on it and helping you with a credit card issue as well. I couldn’t be more happier!
