The common grounds are disgusting. There are weeds everywhere, overgrown trees, broken sprinklers and dog feces. The hallways and stairwells are filth dirty with cobwebs and trash. They also charge you around $130 a month for trash on top of your rent. You are also responsible for water,gas, and electric.

Super friendly, wonderful folks. We got the impression that they care about having a quiet, safe community right from the beginning. They went out of their way to aid us when our wifi router was erroneously sent too early. They've been incredibly responsive to our inquiries and rapidly address moving issues that inevitably arise. Not only are we moving into a very well cared-for apartment, but we are doing it with the friendliest of apartment managers. Thank you so much!

I live here in Cantrabria apt and Sense Day 1 Mersedez has been really nice to me. she really those her job and she is very friendly with her resident. Mesedez is a great Manager. Michelle is a great maneger assistant Michelle is friendly helpful this lady's are there for you at all time matenimient guy Lorenzo great person his there on time for his job very friendly Does his job well and on time all way with a Smile on their faces ready when you come in the offece make sure you feel welcome at home Greeting you as you come in the offece love this place I don't have no complaints.

My daughter and I have been living at Cantabria for about 6 months. Mercedes and Michelle are really cordial and are pretty helpful with anything that we request. The apartment home is nice. Most of the residents are really friendly. The guys ask me (sometimes) if I need any assistance taking things up to my place. One thing I don’t care for is being overcome by cigarette fumes when I’m on the patio.Overall, I’ve been enjoying my stay.?

We lived at these apartments for many years, and are so impressed with the office staff especially, Mercedez and Michelle. You can tell they care about their tenets and often go above and beyond. I’d also like to call out Lawrence and Sergio who keep the ground and facilities beautiful.

Lived here a little over two years & loved the community! I was a first time renter & they were the first ones to give me the opportunity to rent. he office & maintenance staff (Mercedez, Michelle, Sergio, and Lawrence) were amazing! They are so attentive, which was huge for me. Loved all the amenities, my favorite was the pool. I had two dogs and we had the best walks around the community. Oh & there’s easy parking which I don’t have the luxury anymore. Close to everything but far enough from all the traffic. Anyway, if you are looking to relocate to the Menifee area this is great spot! Thank you Cantabria! It was a pleasure living here.

Love it here! Michelle was amazing to work with on the application process. We have lived here 3 months and so glad we’re here. The pool and weight room is great. No more gym membership! It’s very clean and I feel safe here.Lawrence is friendly and keeps the property clean.He always has a smile on his face when I see him early in the morning going to work.

I’ve lived here for years and Mercedez and Michelle take such great care of their tenants! Any problem I’ve had has been fixed swiftly. Lawrence and Sergio are also the friendliest maintenance staff. Even if you don’t need anything, they’re always friendly and waving whenever they see you on the property.

I've only lived here for only a few months and all I can say is that moving here to Cantabria was an great decision. Mercedes and Michelle are very friendly and helpful. Lawrence and Sergio are some of the best maintenance workers I've ever meet. I highly recommend renting here.

Lived here for 3 years now, and I love the community (with the exception of a few neglagent renters who don't deal with their dogs barking at night). The staff is wonderful. Mercedes is always so helpful when I have any grievance or request. Lawrence the maintenance guy is incredibly kind and always waves to me when he sees me. I couldn't ask for more in an apartment staff.

Mercedez and Michelle are the best! They care about their tenets by checking in and always being kind with my questions.The facilities team is also out every morning picking up trash and otherwise keeping the place beautiful! Lawrence and Sergio are also amazing dealing with maintenance requests swiftly and professionally.

I’ve been living at Cantabria Apartments for about 9 months now and I have to say it is a great place to call home! The neighbors are very welcoming especially the office and maintenance staff. Whenever I have a question regarding my apartment or paying rent, I can always depend on either Mercedes or Michelle to assist or reach back to me by phone or via email. Same goes for maintenance services. Whenever I’m walking my dogs, Lawrence is quick to stop and greet my pets and I. Not to mention he updates and reassures that any ongoing repairs will be done correctly and in a timely fashion. I appreciate all who have made living here great!

I've been a tenant for two years and the staff has always been great. Michelle and especially Mercedes have always been helpful with any questions or concerns I've had. Lawrence and Sergio from maintenence keep the place running smoothly. Day and night you can run into Lawrence and he'll always give you a smile and a wave. Omg...Cantabria is the place to be and puts the city of Menifee on the map as a long standing staple of the community well before newer developments arrived. This property is always exceptionally clean and the staff is super friendly, always willing to give a helping hand. Mercedes and Michelle have never failed me once since I've been on the property and always making Cantabria a home away from home for me. Lawrence and Sergio always greet me with a warm welcome and smile. Cantabria is lucky to have such a great staff thats make Cantabria what it is today!! Keep up the good work team!!!

No issues what so ever.Clean workout room.Dumpsters always decentLandscape upkept and maintained.Front office friendlyLawrence is one of the maintence guys i see him around the complex all the time very friendly, picking up the dumpster area when people miss the dumpster.Sergio is always tending to the landscape and bushes. Very friendlyMercedez Works in the office and when i go to the on site gym i pass by her and she always smiles and waves.Same with Michelle shes always in the front office too.All and all, pretty nice bang for my buck.All neighbors are friendly. Thick walls, Never had a complaint.
