As a returning customer, California Pet Doors help us installed 2 doggy doors in 2 different houses, Extremely happy with the quality of the doggie door for my baby boy and the professional, excellent installation services LJ provided . our doggie door is customised cuz i could find a big good doggie door like the ones I ordered from them. hope this review will save your time of search for any options, just call California Pet Doors to get the best of the best.

We had our pet door installed in wall over 7 years ago and are very happy with it. I just ordered replacement flaps and they shipped quickly. Great service. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with California Pet Doors! I was using part of my sliding glass door for the doggie door. After a couple of years of my guests not being able to fit through the sliding glass door and not being able to use my screen, I finally decided to have a doggy door installed. I spent quite a bit of time doing research to find someone. I initially requested a smaller size door. California Pet Doors wanted to know the measurements of my dogs. They recommended a larger door to make sure that the dogs would not harm themselves coming in and out. They were right. The size of the door and the location is perfect. My dogs are happy. I am very happy to have my sliding glass door back again. This was the best price point for a quality door to be installed by professionals with decades of experience. I should have done this sooner.

Highly recommend! Great quality and service. We installed the doggie door inside the side door of our garage instead of drilling a hole in the wall. It's just a preference... So far it's serving the purpose, my babies love them.

LJ did an amazing job installing our new pet door! The work was done in about an hour and looks very professional/clean on both the inside and outside of our home. You can tell the owner takes great pride in his work by the sheer quality, speed and integrity of the installation. This company is hands down the best game in town for custom pet doors.

I own and operate Custom Catios, which builds high-end custom cat enclosures. We have a fantastic 5-man crew with over 100 years of cumulative construction experience. Yet, I outsource my pet doors to LJ at California Pet Doors. He is just that good. Experience is paramount when cutting through walls, and LJ has a lifetime of it. Very happy with California Pet Doors. Website says it will take about 2 weeks for shipping but ours arrived a few days early. Installation man LJ called night before delivery to set up installation time on the same day as delivery. Pet door delivered and was installed about an hour later. LJ was on time and did a great job on installation.

Amazing customer service and quality. We needed a dog door installed into the wall and these guys are pros. The quality of work is superb, LJ (the owner) was easy to communicate with, and everything was done on time. Would recommend to everyone and will use them again!

If you need to have a pet door installed, this is the only call you need to make! I've had numerous pet doors installed over the years, but no one has every installed one in such an excellent manner as LJ with California Pet Doors. Not only was the installation flawless, but the product itself is far superior to what you can buy online or at a big box store. My project was a bit on the difficult side as I only had one available wall with very tight margins, but LJ installed it seamlessly. And the customer service provided by this company is second to none. It's rare today to have a company do what they promise and deliver on time. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about California Pet Doors. They are the best!

The owner was excellent and prompt. He installed our Smart doggy door for our huskies within 1 hour. Definitely a pro since he's been doing it for years. The auto doggy door is amazing!!!! We had it installed in our side garage door which connects to our backyard. Our dogs have the luxury of going in and out when they need to, and they also became so acclimated to using it within 1 day. The plexiglass is pretty solid and thick, and shatter proof. You put the collar sensors on the dog and when they walk close to the door, it opens. You can also adjust the setting of how close they need to be to the door in order for it to open it. You can also control everything from a phone app. This smart door also has a backup recharging battery just in case there's a power outage or if you don't have an outlet near the location of where your doggy door will be installed
