Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had taking my car in. They were great about working around my schedule and explaining exactly what was wrong with my car. They were very upfront and honest, and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Can't recommend this place enough. Blake is honest and charges fair prices. He redid my whole rear end on my 02 F-150 and I haven't had any issues with the work that he has performed.

My 4Runner had too many problems to list. I took it into Blake & Crystal because I prefer to support family businesses. My livelihood is my family business and so is the one I also work for. They truly are the most honest caring and sweetest people around and I’ve been to some shady mechanics. Their pricing was fair and they were always on time. Thank you Blake & Crystal!

Blake and Crystal are the absolute best. We've been taking our vehicles to them for years, all of our local family uses them now, too. Such honest, hard-working individuals. We see them so much they're like family now ? but seriously, they are so great and always take care of our vehicle issues from oil changes to a new transmission, they've helped us with everything.

Not sure why Google is saying I was here today. It's been a while. Bad Google lol. However I will vouch that Blake, Crystal, and of course the Bossman Kaos are great honest people who will make sure you're taken care of, and at a very fair price. (Trust me I may or may not have worked for them in the past, and even behind the scenes they're great people with huge hearts, which says a lot.)

I called last week for a quote on a manifold gasket. I saw the other reviews. Other reviews seemed positive. Its what provoked me to call. Talk to women about the estimate. The only thing she quoted is if a bolt broke the extraction will be $150 per bolt. Kinda steep in my opinion. Anyway, she said she'll speak with Blake and I will get a call back. Never was called back.

Took my truck in to have a diagnostic/ inspection done. First off, they were late arriving to the shop which was supposed to be open at 8am. The wife was kind enough to allow for the early drop but they were 20 mins late. Blake looking shocked we were there when he arrived. Blake, is pleasant; however, his wife is combative in the nicest way. On the upside, we received a few calls from Blake with updates, which is awesome!! After he had looked at the car, the wife called me and stated there was an issue with a gasket that would cost $725, okay no problem. However, then she states there are blots that have to be removed that could potentially be dropped into the engine and it would be $120 to remove each blot dropped. I asked how many bolts the accident could potentially happen to, she stated 8. I stated that since there are 8 blots that would mean it could "potentially" be an additional 1k to complete work on the car? She stated "yes", but that it might only be a couple, but they just need to let me know since it's a possibility. This is crazy to me since this cost alone is much more than the actual $725 to complete the job bring the total to potentially 1725?! I've never heard of giving an okay to charge so much more than the cost of the job, especially if the reason is that a mechanic makes an error during the job causing him to have to complete extra work. I would just say be really careful using this place. We did not end up moving forward with work on our vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my car the wife was on the phone and stated I would need to wait 15 to 20 mins so she could take care of their parts order and she needed to come invoice paper work since I didn't let her know I was coming in to pick up my car. Come to find out she hadn't even documented us in their system!! Lastly, the wife added to the invoice that we would be taking the car back to the dealer to have work completed on the car which was never stated to her. I didn't complain I just signed and left. Small thing, but not sure why she lied. Smh Side note, I only said the wife because I don't know her name. I think they should consider replacing the wife as receptionist. They lost our business mainly because of our dealings with her. The outcome may have been different dealing with him directly, nice guy.

I took my Honda to Blakes auto to have a diagnostic done on it due to check engine light throwing codes out that i had read and printed out at auto zone. Blakes diagnostic charge was not only a fair price but he would then apply that to any repairs that would need to be done in the event something was wrong. Indeed there is a problem with my engine and Blake was generous and humble enough to have his lovely wife call and explain to me that Honda in fact has an extended warranty for your cars issue and if taken to the dealer would potentially be a free repair to me. Blake is also very kind and knowledgeable about what he does for a living an was happy to answer any of my questions i had about what was gong on and what i would need to do in order for Honda to play ball. I would highly recommend this Mechanic to anyone in the menifee / murrieta area. Fair pricing, honest humble and kind owners. He could have taken that job easily and it would have cost me more than the car is worth at this point. You guys rock, thank you!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

just a few words to praise the good folks at Blakes auto repair in menifee. dropped off my vehicle for repairs and received my estimate and it was half the price i had been quoted by other mechanics. the work was done in half the time and done right. trust me i will use them for all my repairs in the future

They did a major tune up on my daughter's car, Blake and his wife is very helpful and informative, we just move here and my family mechanic is over 100 miles away, so it was nice to find a close mechanic with the family vibe. I will be taking my car there as well. ?

Blake is affordable,honest and knowledgeable! This business is what all mechanic shops should be judged by. The quality of work is great and they are helpful too! I am so happy to have found a mechanic that I can trust close to home. Highly recommend.
