This bank cannot even answer their phone calls. I've called twice now.They put you on a silent hold for about 40 minutes then they hang up.

Angie in customer service is the absolute worst person to deal with. She is beyond rude. The fact that they kept telling my 88 year old grandma to go into a branch when she had just left and was told to call her. The customer service at this bank is beyond a joke.

I was a member of Union Bank for over 12 years. They handled both our business and personal accounts. I hated their service and finally switched to BBVA. Best decision ever! Holly and her entire team are so kind, helpful and professional. I have never experienced the level of courteousness they extend at any other banking institution. Thank you all! Mad Matts Garage
