“I am new to Schools First Credit Union and have had Wescom Credit Union for my primary banking needs. In the time I have been with Wescom (1999) I have tried other banks, Welfargo, Union Bank, Bank of America, Chase Bank and every one of them have been terrible in all sorts of ways causing me to close my account with each of them. But NOW I have finally found a great banking option along with Wescom. Schools First is amazing, the atmosphere at the local branch is warm, professional and very welcoming and the customer service representatives through teller phone services are wonderful. Every employee I interacted with was kind and extremely pleasant. You can see that as Schools First Credit Union employees, they are happy and well taken care of. That is a major plus for me and a great reflection of how they will also take care of me and my money management needs. I feel safe and confident in their care and am very pleased with all their banking options and opportunities. They have amazing loan rates and many great options for checkings, savings, home/vehicle/personal loans, credit cards, and summer savings account! Now, I have finally found 2 banks to safely and confidently bank with that proactively seek out ways to improve my financial well-being through my banking and money management needs. I highly recommend Schools First Credit Union.”

“Never had done banking with US Bank before but my Sister from out of State needed to put me as Trustee for her sold Estate. Made an appointment with Janelly Montano Client Relationship Consultant and after explaining the needs and desired outcome she suggested a Money Market Account with the proceeds for my Sisters House. My only advice would be to make an appointment the wait time was a bit long.”

“I go into a Bank of America branch atleast twice a week to do business deposits. As many of these reviews say, there is usually one or two tellers and the wait is eternal. And of course, while waiting in line i hear complain after complain after complain. I go into the bank because of work so if I could do it any other way, trust me, I would. I mean we live in a world where almost everything can be done at an ATM or in your phone, banking wise. And that's it! Just standing there in line, I find that about 80% of the things people are waiting to do, can be done so much faster if they just did it through their phones or went outside. It's so amusing listening to these "grown adults" huffing and puffing, like cmon relax, it's your choice to stand in line. Don't get me wrong, I get that a lot of the elder people can't really work a smart phone, that's why I said 80%. The people working do their job and I give them huge props for with all the ignorance that they have to deal with aaaalll day. And yes I'm writing this as I wait in line, and I am up next and I've rambled long enough, good luck to everyone clinging to the ancient way of banking in this rapidly evolving age.”

“My wife and I scheduled a 10 am appointment. Several days prior we received emails and texts reminding us of the appointment.Irias (sp?) was the rep assisting us and she was great! She was very thorough and verified all our information was correct. Although, Irias did a great job. Debbie, the manager, verified we had all the necessary legal documents to accommodate us.Highly recommend visiting this location for your financial services with Irias and Debbie!”
