We worked with Tiffany and she made the process very memorable. She walked my son through everything, took her time, answered all of our questions and was so sweet about everything. I went back with her the next day to open my business account after going back and forth on which bank to do this with. Thank you Tiffany we appreciate you. My only advice would be to make an appointment the wait time was a bit long.”

“I go into a Bank of America branch atleast twice a week to do business deposits. As many of these reviews say, there is usually one or two tellers and the wait is eternal. And of course, while waiting in line i hear complain after complain after complain. I go into the bank because of work so if I could do it any other way, trust me, I would. I mean we live in a world where almost everything can be done at an ATM or in your phone, banking wise. And that's it! Just standing there in line, I find that about 80% of the things people are waiting to do, can be done so much faster if they just did it through their phones or went outside. It's so amusing listening to these "grown adults" huffing and puffing, like cmon relax, it's your choice to stand in line. Don't get me wrong, I get that a lot of the elder people can't really work a smart phone, that's why I said 80%. The people working do their job and I give them huge props for with all the ignorance that they have to deal with aaaalll day. And yes I'm writing this as I wait in line, and I am up next and I've rambled long enough, good luck to everyone clinging to the ancient way of banking in this rapidly evolving age.”

She was very thorough and verified all our information was correct. Although, Irias did a great job. “I am new to Schools First Credit Union and have had Wescom Credit Union for my primary banking needs. In the time I have been with Wescom (1999) I have tried other banks, Welfargo, Union Bank, Bank of America, Chase Bank and every one of them have been terrible in all sorts of ways causing me to close my account with each of them. But NOW I have finally found a great banking option along with Wescom. Schools First is amazing, the atmosphere at the local branch is warm, professional and very welcoming and the customer service representatives through teller phone services are wonderful. Every employee I interacted with was kind and extremely pleasant. You can see that as Schools First Credit Union employees, they are happy and well taken care of. That is a major plus for me and a great reflection of how they will also take care of me and my money management needs.
