The employees and bank manager are lazy and the appointments are meaningless. I will not be coming back to this particular branch for any services and my experience today has left me considering switching to a different bank altogether.

My wife and I scheduled a 10 am appointment. Several days prior we received emails and texts reminding us of the appointment.Irias (sp?) was the rep assisting us and she was great! She was very thorough and verified all our information was correct. Although, Irias did a great job. Debbie, the manager, verified we had all the necessary legal documents to accommodate us.Highly recommend visiting this location for your financial services with Irias and Debbie!

Tellers were not helpful or friendly at all and did not even offer additional options even as a potential costumer. The branch manager Debra was not friendly nor did try to help the situation. I'll never go into this bank again.

Never have I ever seen this many accurate reviews. Literally experienced the same thing everyone is talking about. And what's sad is this TERRIBLE customer service is ongoing! It's June 2023 and the tellers, the staff, the bankers are STILL extremely rude, unwelcoming, and treat you like a Gdam thief! The hell with this place. Trashy people deserve trashy jobs. And to Mr/Ms manager: please don't bother responding. You just apologize to everyone but don't do anything about it.

Easily accessible ATM's, but all the ATM'S are frequently "on the fritz", or unable to dispense money, only open for deposits.

Why are the majority of reviews on this Menifee branch of BOA so very negative. I am a BOA customer for over 40 years . but these negative reviews really put -me-off going to this BOA branch in Menifee.

EIGHT people in line and only 1 teller. Meanwhile, 2 more employees standing at the door having a chat!I asked if one of them can go tell, and she just ignored me and walked into the back. UNT WITH A CAPITAL C!

Everyone beware of BOFA in Menifee. My wife's EDD card was skimmed only reason we know for sure it was this bank is because it's the only place she used her card. The crooks cleaned out the account. I don't know how people live with them selves.

This bank is a joke! They have 1 teller and 10 people in line. They take the time to reply to your review, but don't make any changes whatsoever. The covid excuse is old! Stop being cheap and hire more people.

so horrible, I am from out of town and needed to do a withdrawal and they capped me on my own money saying they don't have enough and i have to order it..its not like I went to ask for 30k or anything
