Tried to return an item and due to the fact I didn’t have the receipt they said they couldn’t do anything even though I told them what register i paid at and the card I used even the assistant manager said they don’t have a system to look up receipts but then I called another AutoZone and they said I was lied to

Came to return a set of brake pads I didn’t need/use. Between 2 employees, they couldn’t figure out how to refund me my money.. unbelievable..

I love this store they are always so helpful and I wanted to give a shout out to Sherry who goes beyond the call of duty when something gets messed up she always fixes it for me and gives me a call kudos

These people know absolutely nothing about vehicles. Not only the regular workers but the management team as well. It is frustrating to have to go back to exchange an items that should have never been sold in the first place. I realize the software is meant to guide them to the correct part. But if you do not know that an electric car does not have spark plugs then you have no business being someone who sells auto parts to a person trying to fix their own vehicle. This is the type of business that could benefit from a kiosk. Where somebody can sit in front of a screen that knows what they're ordering find the part get a ticket take it to the counter and have the person pull the item.

Mariano was very helpful!!!!! My battery had died and was able to help right away and got the job done quick. If you come to auto zone and need help make sure to ask for Mariano. Also great costumer service at the front desk and very kind.

Mariano was awesome!!!! I came in to the store about half an hour before they closed. My battery had died in the parking lot of Ralph's. I explained what happened and without hesitation Mariano told his coworker he would be right back so he could jump start my car. It took him no time to connect the jumper cables, I started the car and drove back to the store and purchased a battery which Mariano installed. Again, did not take long and I was back on the road in no time. Just the level of customer service Mariano provided was top notch and a rarity nowadays. Thank you Mariano!!!

Had to replace my car battery, I called and spoke with Sam who was so cool and helpful over the phone. When I arrived he was also the guy to help me. He made everything so smooth, installed my battery and even answered some questions I had! Thank you Sam for being honest and for being my hero of the day!
