The most unprofessional lazy staff I've ever encountered. They added a line when we didn't need to which is ridiculous. My husband upgraded his phone and they told us the bill would be $50 cheaper than what it ended up being. They were useless and had us call corporate to be put on hold and never given any answers. Turns out the sales team didn't acknowledge that my husband did a trade in for the upgrade. We never got reimbursement for it either. We were paying $200/month and we switched to Verizon and our bill is only $75/month and WAY cleaner store, professional staff and better deal. STAY AWAY from ATT.

Spencer, the manager, was very helpful when I went in to get help with my new phone. He went out of his way to help me out. He was very patient and spent almost an hour helping me!! Thanks so much Spencer

Can't begin to thank this location enough! Christian, the assistant manager was very helpful and quick to get me going with what I needed. I was dreading walking in as I needed to get an extra line, an iPad, and accessories and within minutes he had everything program and ready for me to go. I had to ask a couple of times "if everything was that fast." It sure was! The service and dedication from Christian and the employees is phenomenal. Truly appreciate the work being provided

Avoid the trouble and drive to a different store. Customer service is horrible, I was over charged and the agent made changes to my account with no prior authorization.

Went into the Menifee, CA AT&T location to do a return & exchange, we were greeted by three employees who say neither of them have credentials to accept a return, only a Manager with the credentials can do so, but yet there is not a manager on the premises at all times. Come back tomorrow, can’t really say what time a manager will be in, but early after noon should be good. Who runs business on the fly?! He might be here, he might not. I have a big problem with this. A big corporate business, but they don’t always have a manager on site to carry out official operations. I do not find this business practice acceptable. I will not take my business back to this store.

Terrible experience. Recently upgraded our two phones. Not told we had 1 month left on our contract. Agent scammed us selling us on a plan for 4 lines so we would keep our monthly price at around the same price. Not! Substantially higher. Now we are stuck paying for 4 lines for our two phones. At&T corporate helped us out by lowering the rate a bit more but we had to give up some of our features. Will never go back to this store

This place just lies to get you to add lines, new phones. I see by the reviews I’m not the only one who fell for it. Oscar was my agent who I had the misfortune of dealing with, he completely said one thing about my bill when in reality my bill was doubled. I think it’s unfair for these young guys to lie to customers and basically steal. I have been with ATT for over 10 years and they are unable to fix my bill or make my account right again. Dealing with the store manager Christian was no help as well, he listened to my situation and said, “he needed to talk to Oscar” and promised to contact me. He even gave me his phone number (I didn’t ask for it) to check status, i tried reaching out and nothing. This store is a joke.

Chris at the Menifee AT&T is awesome. He should change his name to Mr Android! Fixed another problem I wasn't smart enough to figure out. He even got us into a new phone for a great rate. He is truly an asset to the brand!

Today my son and I visited this store 2x. The first time was with Gladys and the 2nd visit was with Oscar and Mike. All 3 people really went above and beyond for our needs. They were knowledgeable with great relationship skills. One thing I hope AT&T does is remove the 15 minute wait for the Safe. I understand that they do this against robberies- so the robbers wouldn’t wait around, but what if the robbers get angry for being forced to wait & do some sort of violence because of it! ?

Had some issues with ATT having no record of my cell phone pay off and received 799.99 bill. So I went into this store on Haun in Menifee. The help and customer service from Manager Spencer and his employees was really good. I'm doing this review on the store itself.ATT the company itself, separate of the Haun store employees, has REALLY taking a dive. Customer service has zero leverage, nor is there anyone above them. I was told by them and the U.S. call center that they have nowhere to send me or anywhere they can call. I've been with ATT on off and on again since the 2000s. I am no longer a customer. I've closed and canceled my account. Everyone has different experiences. My experience has made me cancel and will never go back. The problem is to combine my Uverse account to mobile. I've had problems where they can't find info in the past because of this. Every time they said they fixed it, the mix up. I'd say not when they want an additional $799.99 from me. ?♂️?♂️?♂️

Another month goes by paying an overpriced bill dues to lies. Im not sure if management is trained to lie to and ignore customers or what! I responded to the “OWNER” like they told me to in their response to my review and just like management no return email or phone call. Stay away from ATT!!!!!!! I’m Calling the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau to file complaints. I’m usually way easy going but $120 a month more than I was told it was going to be and nobody wants to do anything to help fix it.Wish I could give less than 1 star opened my acct with ATT in January and have had nothing but lies and over paid what I was promised since it’s been open multiple times in the store spoke to 2 different Managers multiple times who have never followed thru with what they say they are going to do! Very sad business is based on lies. Wish I would have stayed with Verizon now I’m stuck in this over priced deal all due to lies and empty promises.
