Every single night what's the point of being 24/7?? Gas is always off doors are always locked I think hours need to be updated DEFINITELY NOT 24/7

Not really 24 hrs! When I stop for gas when coming home from work late, at 12 or 1 a.m. the store will frequently be closed, & the pumps will be completely stopped. Not even operational to pay & use at the pumps.

I stopped by to pick up some Bean Dip on my way home. I was hoping it would be a quick stop.I rarely stop at the AM/PM so how was I to know that would have to wander all the aisles and see no sign of a single can of Bean Dip.On the off chance the Bean Dip was some place my eyes insisted in hiding from me I went to the check out counter to inquire. Imagine my consternation when after multiple attempts to politely get the attention of the three employees not a single one of them understood what the words Bean Dip meant, let alone what it is.I scoured the aisles again and found the little rack near the check out counter and along the window where the Queso, Salsa, French Onion, and Spinach Dips are displayed (why so far from the chips?). Unfortunately, there were no cans of Bean Dip. Frito Lay or otherwise.How can you call it a Convenience Store when you don't have Bean Dip, AND the the other chip dips are kept so far away from the chips!!!Next thing, they will sell hot dog buns, but not sell any hot dogs.

Went there to get a drink on this hot day, purchased a xl fountain drink for 2.39. Unsweetened iced tea, couldn’t find the sweetener packets, no condiments out, I’ve asked the lady nicely, as I pay, to get 2 packs of Splenda, which prompts her to rudely tell me that Splenda is just for people who purchase coffee. I’m getting this same drink at numerous other gas stations inkl arco for years and never ran into an issue like that. Don’t go there if you’re expecting any condiments or to be treated like a customer. I should’ve walked out and left the drink but I didn’t. It was a mistake to go there and I certainly won’t be back

A couple of the employees are nice, the others are liars mainly the early shift. I say the same for management they will not acomódate you when they make a mistake. They just threaten to call cops.
