Worst gas station ever. Five days ago I bought a charger cord. It doesn’t work! I came back in with the receipt and they refused to refund me my money or do anything for the dysfunctional product that they sold me. Horrible customer service and bad business policy. I will never return. Do not come here

So this location is not pulling up on Yelp which is a bummer because I preferred I left a review there. However, I just wanted to mention how well managed this gas station is!It has the most consistently clean and open public bathroom I have ever experienced, the store is very clean and organized, the workers are hard working and have good attitudes because of great leadership and leadership selection. Pulling this off with a high traffic gas station is an impressive accomplishment to maintain.So I just wanted to recognize the manager for this location for her accomplishments and success. Salute

Worst gas station In the area, sad since it’s not that old. Looks run down, 6 out of 14 pumps don’t work, debit card pay at pumps are broken so you have to walk inside in order to pay for gas. Asked staff if any of the pay points at the pumps ever work, Response was that sometimes they do. After I had to go inside to pay once going to the pump I was not able to select the 87 gas rather was forced to use 89 as the 87 button apparently was also broken. Does not seem like this place is kept up or cleaned at all.

Traveler's beware!! There are no public restrooms in the City of Hemet, I hope the City realize what they are doing, money from tourists is a big part of income in most small town

So I’m 2 months Pregnant with not a lot of public places for the restroom, I went in to ask if I could use it and the guy up in the front said no, With an idgaf attitude. Even after I told him I’m pregnant and it’s urgent. “I don’t care I’m not opening it up for anyone I refuse.” I kindly asked “okay so where would one be available? “In n Out”. It was the attitude for me, he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, no empathy at all with such poor customer service. A kind lady who heard the whole thing told me of another am pm that has open restrooms. My boyfriend finished pumping gas and we went to another am pm that had open restrooms. Best believe we will not come back to this one.

There's a guy his name was Adolfo he was very rude to me and told me I cannot park where I was parked and because it was for employees only which was fine but he was really really rude to me about it and there was no sign then I went in to talk to a manager because I always go here to drop off my kids and do my exchange with their dad and everyone else in there knows me when I asked for a manager she asked me why I needed to talk to a manager he said I'm the manager what you clearly wasn't then I said nevermind I will come back he continued to keep bothering me about why I needed to talk to a manager and I said I don't need to tell him why I want to talk to a manager then I went to buy something and he pushed my money and said have the manager get it for you and wouldn't sell me what I wanted because I wouldn't answer why I wanted to talk to manager then about a week later he told me I wasn't allowed in the store and I told him don't talk to me and I bought whatever I needed to buy because the other lady knew me there but all this because he was having a bad day and being disrespectful and rude to me. It's also very hard to try to track down the manager or owner I'm about to call the Better Business Bureau

The women who's heavy set with light hair was extremely rude the store wasnt very clean also when I was paying i noticed they Print out picture of people who have stolen there on paper taping them all up above the ciggeretts with the specific item they stole written in sharpie I feel like this particular arco is not professional and the staff are not personable if are stoping for gas I suggest paying at the pump it's a much more pleasant experience and if there's something u need I would spend the two extra minutes to go down to the arco next to the 215 The staff their are Much more pleasant

Gas is gas. It's a pretty clean gas station and convenience store. The staff was nice. It's new and the location is quite nice. My sweetheart and I can drop by this gas station on the way to work or Disneyland! It's also conveniently located next to a Jack in the Box, which we frequent. This place will probably be our regular stop on our way out. Toodles~
