I would not recommend this gas station to anyone, a family member of mine works here and is always talking about issues with pumps. I should've took it as a sign to not come here. I have a hybrid car so it only really takes me 20$ to fill up my tank, it was half way and I put 10$ in as to not overfill my car. The gas doesn't pump at all and when I drove around the area it still showed halfway. I asked them about it but they just said 10$ is very little like they didn't believe me, they got someone to come out and pump a dollar and I did see gas pump out but it looked very foamy, and they said it worked even though for some reason it didn't fill up my car? I decided to leave and go to a 7/11 and put 10$ just to be sure I'm not delusional or something. I left with a full tank. I'd recommend you insist on a refund, and not leave like I did. I'll leave screenshots and the time it was (which you can see on the top of the screenshot) when I recorded according to my iphone, I recorded a video of my tank filling up with 10$ and a receipt from the 7/11 but I just took screenshots of the video so you don't have to sit a minute and watch a video of my tank filling up to prove my point.

I was excited when they first opened and really enjoyed dropping by and grabbing snacks. But quality and consistency has been steadily dropping ever since, to the point that the place is functionally just about useless. Coffee is often out so only decaf or a weird flavored coffee are available. Worst thing is that hot food, like the taquitos and corn dogs and sandwiches (which are actually pretty good) have been steadily drifting off. I have a 40% success rate going to pick up some food- there’s just no hot food. And I’m not going in at midnight or anything- we’re taking 6:30 pm. This is a convenience store. That’s what it’s called. It’s for convenience. If they have food less than half the time, that’s not convenient. What’s the point of going to a convenience store if odds are good that you will have to go from there to another place because they don’t have anything? Why do they think anyone would go there for food? Ambiance? Sophisticated culinary craft? NO. It’s for, presumably, the convenience that they don’t offer any more. So I’ll never go again. Waste of my time. I’ll get gas there - that’s fine. But the so called convenience store has no value anymore.

Tonight around 7pm I stopped to get gas. I asked my 15yr old son to please go in and pay for my gas (I'm 9 months pregnant) and gave him enough cash to get a pack of gum as well. When he exited the store he was flustered and upset and told me an employee approached him and accused him of recently stealing from them (mind you we don't live close by, we were only on this side of town for my daughters 1st soccer practice) my son told the employee he had never been to this gas station and it wasn't him and the employee proceeded to tell my son he should "pick up his pants, and don't pick pocket anything because he's watching."Excuse me? Im so angry.

Always kind and professional employees at this location up until today. First we had just got back from a road trip and my wife took her suv to get washed as we are members of the car wash for both of our cars but when she ran her extra dirty car through the wash twice the worker rolled his eyes at her and said omg. So she came home and told me and so I took my truck over to have it washed and at 7:56 pm dude said we're closed, I said you close at 8 and keep in mind it only takes two mins to wash but he says it's close enough to 8. I said bro it's says 8 not 7:56 and he's like well I wanna go home. As I mentioned before I'm a paying member and I'm not getting a wash because dude wants to go home ha All dude has to do is stand there all day to get paid and he can't even do that right. His boy inside when I asked what the guys name was as the wash he said he didn't know. Come on you don't know your co employees name? I hope whoever is in charge of having these other workers work so hard to be star employees gets rid of this guy because he clearly doesn't wanna work.

A nice looking store, great car wash with vacuums and air blower for blowing floor mats, dust and such out of the car, a nice added feature.

Just got our truck washed while they were doing maintenance on the machines and they were uber nice and hooked it up still right before our road trip ! :)

Absolutely terrible customer service and completely rude workers. Went into purchase a Red Bull and saw they were 2 for 6. I purchased 2 and a candy. I had a $20 and calculated I would have enough to receive more than $8 in change which I needed to get into my next destination. I only received $5 in change. When I asked about it they said they said their system wasn't honoring promos and there was nothing they could do. I let them know I wanted to return one of the drinks because I only came in for one and solely bought two based on the promotion and now I didn't have the cash I needed to get into the place I was going. They refused to process a refund. The promos are proudly displayed in there window yet they aren't honoring them or processing refunds to make the situation right. I feel like I was stolen from. I would love if a manager would contact me and make this right.

This Am/Pm Arco is so new, that the other stores in this mini strip area aren't open yet. Only the Magic Brush Car Wash next door is open. Coming soon though is a barber shop and a Mexican food place. We came in for some refreshments, specifically some Double Shot Starbucks energy drinks and five dollars worth of lottery tickets. I'm still failing math as you can see. The gas prices seemed inline with the neighborhood. Inside they have sandwiches, tube steaks and lots of snacks, to go alone with a soda case. What was surprising, was their small Refrigerated Beer Room off to the left for those who are er, thirsty. Nice.
