business is crooked as the warm part of the world they are gypsy thieves DO NOT PATRONIZE they broke the hour hand on my diver watch during a simple battery replacement and still charged me. Why would he put a battery in a broken tch??? Cuz it wasn't broken when he opened it. There are plenty out there less crooked

Took a cheap indigo Timex watch in for a simple battery replacement. Watch was working but back light was very dim so I figured the battery was about to go out. They took the watch to the back room and came back out in about 10 minutes and told me it wasn't the battery the watch was just broken and Timex cannot be repaired. I said it was working when I handed it to them and he said no it wasn't. I took the watch and left. When I got home the band came off in my hand. I have no idea why they would even need to remove the band to try to replace battery. Fortunately it was a cheap watch and I know not to take anything valuable there in the future.

I needed some links taken out of a few of my watches. Other jewelers in the area wanted to charge me 3x what I was charged here for the same thing. They were fast and courteous. I will definitely be back with any more business they I have.

Came here to get my Navajo silver and turquoise cuff soldered and my wedding ring dipped. Explained I was leaving state in 2 days. He was able to get it fixed quickly and did an amazing job. Removed the stone to insure it didn't crack or discolor from the heat. Called me the next morning to pick up! Even reshaped the cuff to fit my wrist better! My ring looks amazing too! AMAZING SERVICE AND QUALITY WORK! Thank you!

When arriving at the store the guy at the front counter almost seemed like he was annoyed to talk about the repair on a pendant I had. He said they would call me when the jeweler gets in Monday. He wrote my number down wrong (not listening) and no call back for a week. Picked it up and taking my money somewhere else.

Don't bring anything of value or precious here and make sure to record with video or photo the initial condition of your watch or jewelry if you have to go here. I brought in an antique mechanical watch to get the crystal replaced and look into possible maintenance on the gears. The crystal replacement was great, but I received the watch back broken and unable to wind. Al quoted me a price for maintenance and repair (before I knew it was unable to wind anymore), then became upset, slamming calculators on the desk and walking away, when said that I only wanted the crystal replaced. I brought it back a week later to Al to ask what happened to the broken gear on the watch, and he became immediately defensive, interrupting me and claiming that he would never do suh a thing. I've seen a couple of reviews before this with similar experiences so if you must go here, be very careful and document everything.

Simple watch battery for a G shock.....In and out in 10 mins for a very reasonable rate. Also set the time/date which is always a pain in the neck....Good place, reasonable rates, fast service...will be back...

I can understand why these reviews are 4 and 5 years old. I took a copper medallion in to have a small ring soldered onto the top so I could hang it on a silver chain. The chain had been broken. They were supposed to replace the chain clasp and provide a loop / ring large enough for the clasp. When I picked it up, I discovered that they had soldered the chain together, no clasp. The ring/ loop had a 1/4"+ opening and was soldered crooked!I can't believe I had to pay $34.00 for this $hitty job. I think it would be a good idea for this "jeweler" to retire. I am filing a small claims action for the $34 plus the cost to replace the one ounce copper medallion.

I have a few watches and too often they dont get into the rotation and the batteries go dead. I had a watch I wanted to wear for Easter and I found this jewelry store that I called and said they could get me in and out on 10 minutes and it would only cost $15. I've paid double that recently for my other everyday watches and upward of $100 for higher end watches that supposedly need to be Re-pressurized even for a battery change this. Well I couldn't get to the store until just before 3 pm and the door was locked. Did I go to the wrong place? While I checked my phone a kindly gentleman opened the door and asked me if he could help me. I didn't know they were closing at 3pm for the Easter holiday and it was now 258pm. He took a look and had me in and out in less than 5 minutes with a working watch that I'll be wearing this Sunday brunch. Thanks for staying open for me, thanks for the quick service and thanks for the very very fair pricing for the service. Come check out what looks like a family owned business and I'm sure you will be taken care of.
