I've been going to this gas station for approximately 20 years. The customer service has changed throughout those years, but I can say with the addition of Natalie and a few others, the customer service has been top notch. She has been a ray of sunshine. She's almost always in a wonderful, upbeat mood and for a lot of us, this makes a difference. Please be kind and treat others as you would want to be treated and don't be a jerk just because you don't get your way, i.e., Karen/Kevin. Customer service is a really really hard job.

I've been going here for like seven years, it's right up the street from my house. The manager Natalie is so awesome we've even become friends just from my going there. These people all work their butts off, customer service is the hardest job in the world. Even with how terribly they are treated (please see below whiny gross BS hi my name is Karen complaints), they are there to help you. Everyone learned real quick how much we need these workers in our daily lives when Covid hit. How quickly we forget, the only bad things I can say about this store is how awful the customers can be. Makes me embarrassed to be a human sometimes. Thank you guys for all you do!!

Lady was absolutely RUDE . She requestedI ID to get the key for the restroom I explained I have a bad hip can't walk al the way back and forth .She got a nasty attitude She didn't want to help the other customer pump her gas smh ....Another gentleman offered She clearly is limited in movement.and is rude when asked to do anything that includes that ..I guess that's why it smell like urine near the vacuums...Def not the place to wash your car

This is the best price in town for cigarettes and the gas has no water in it. Every other station, especially on Newport, will mess your car up so bad you will be replacing o2 sensors every other month. It gets busy as all get out, but the manager takes care of her business and is very sweet. Even when the customers are rude and very impatient. I even saw a man get irate about the car wash going down, and the manager isn't a mechanic, but he demanded she go out and fix it. I dont know how she kept her composer when a man was screaming and spitting on you. There was nothing she could do. I won't go anywhere else.

My propane tank was just not filling up and I was starting to think it was broken but it turns out they were out of Propane. They should have a little gauge like mine that says full or empty or somewhere in between. I drive out there for nothing.

Crap A$$ Customer Service. The car wash was down this morning so I went inside to let them know. The manager said she could not look at as she was the only one working. She said the car wash was good for 30 days but I advised that on my receipt it stated it would be good until tomorrow. The manager got rude and questioned the receipt I was using was an old one and when I showed the receipt she only said come back tomorrow without no apology. Though the Chevron down the street is more expensive they at least know how to f'ing treat customers and now will get all my business!!!!! AVOID THIS UNION 76 LOCATION!!!!!! WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE EPIC FAILURE!!!

Rude cashier!! Paying for two cigarettes then she said "kickback" so I swiped it. Then she said "it's a yes or no question". First of all, she did not asked me a question she said "kickback" so my instinct is to swipe my kickback card. This is the reason why people get hurt. I've been buying my gas and cigarettes here since 2014 and this is what you get? I looked at my receipt and the cashier name is "guest". Why don't they log in with their names so if you complain you have a name to report. If she does not like people why work as a cashier? She should get fired and get someone who is a people person not some person who represents your company who is very rude. The date on the receipt is 06/17/2023 5:28:29 PM. Whomever reads this who is manager should know who this cashier is and please fire her. Your company should not tolerate employees like this.

I always go here for my car wash and gas. I lost my receipt for the car wash but the manager believed me and honored and I got my car wash. I was very happy about that!! Thank you

Most the staff are fine but this woman who thinks she’s Queen B that manages now is awful. Not sure if it’s her life’s dream to be a manager at a 76 but a couple months ago there was a big line of people and she decided that was a good time to call an employee and tell them what they did wrong loudly so all the customers could hear. Absolutely ridiculous. All the people in line were shaking their heads.. even my 10 year old son. Not a fan. I’ve heard her complain constantly about other employees to whoever is working at the time. Very unprofessional.

Natalie is a great asset to your company. She is nice,personable fast at ringing people up dealing with customers that are not so nice and add manager stuff she has to do.I have seen her multitask efficiently. Natalie should get a raise

ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A CAR WASH!! I paid $13 for a touchless car wash today and it was a complete rip off. My car was half dirty at the completion, no wax and way to little time to dry a mini van. Waste your money if you like but my opinion is you save it to buy more gas.
