I can't believe the horrendous experience I just had here. Some old guy attempted to do my nails. It was so bad I had to make him stop and then a lady took over and 2 1/2 hours later this is what I was left with. Acrylic all over my fingers and cuticles. They are not shaped the same and they are SO thick it's ridiculous, then rushed me out the door because they were closing.

If you get your nails done here go to Dan or other experienced nail tech. The lady who did my nails was very nice, but did a horrible job. And anytime I asked her to fix something she said not every nail will look the same- which is true. But these just look awful for a fill -$50. Compared to what my friend paid $65 for a new full set. I felt so robbed I asked her not to put a top coat on because I knew I would go somewhere else to get them fixed

I asked for ombre French tips with powder. You can clearly see the distinguished line between the white and pink. It's not blended like ombre is supposed to be which is what I told the lady she said it's the type of pink I chose, which if that was the case she should've mentioned the pink would've been an issue before she started. By the way the pink I picked out was only one of 2 pink options she gave me. The other pink option was the same color but with glitter in it. Instead of blaming the customer on a bad nail job they need to have more experienced employees or have them stick to whatever specialty they have and not perform services that are below subpar.

Mary did my pedicure and she was wonderful . All the girl are all wonderful starting with the gentleman that greeted you. I’ve been coming here for years whenever I had time to get a pedicure. I received a Gift certificate for $50 at Christmas and decided to treat myself. I didn’t notice the hand written expiration on the bottom. I was told it was expired and I couldn’t use it! It was over by 5 weeks!!! That’s illegal in my eyes. I will never walk into that establishment again, and I will surely be telling everyone I know about it!

Highly upset.
I went in Wednesday morning at 9 am and now my nails look like this Wednesday night at 9 pm!
I loved how they did my first set back in October and now long the polish and the set lasted so I figured I would try them again and now I’m highly upset! All the polish is coming off or is already off. My nails feel so sharp and my original nails were never even cut they’re still outgrown as well!
Just overall very upset about how this set ended up looking and lasting. Only had them done for 12 hrs and they’re hideous already

I've been going to Dan (owner) for a few years now. And concur with others that he is rude. At first I just thought he was a grumpy person. However, on my last appt, he was not only impolite, but also humiliated me in front of others (his wife laugh too, not sure if at him or me) I showed him a pic of what I wanted after he requested to see one. He brought the required colors, but one was off, so I requested a different shade of yellow. It was the first time I commented on the nail color he brought, which prompt his anger and a statement that he was tired and that was the last time I changed my mind. I told him to please relax that I, too was tired, but I was paying him for this service. Then he said, "You relax. Do you have any idea how many women want me to do their nails when I don't want to?" I then remained silent. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, but I allow him to finish my nails, then I thank him and tip him. However, I will never return and he has lost two loyal customers. It's a shame that such talented nail tech (I love his work) doesn't care about his business or his customers.

Nail job was substandard, not good quality work. They were not friendly especially the males. Trying to yell over a customer to ask me what I want is unprofessional. He also narks out "what" after he asked me question. Why ask me questions at the front counter whichI answer, then later when i am waiting yells over his customer to again ask me what I want. He then barks out "what" becsuse he did not here me. I am not yelling across the waiting area to answer questions., if you don't understand what I am requesting then how do you know provide a service? They also had one person create the nails and another that clearly did not speak English polish them.There was no explanation and it was difficult to communicate with someone that I wanted my nails shorter. She made no effort yo communicate and she made no effort to try to address my concerns until I repeated myself a few times. The guy just gets up and she sits down and they speak to each other in an unknown language but say nothing to me. It makes me wonder if she was licensed. I will not return for refill. My mother was not satisfied wth her manicure either. She stated that the nailbeds were not fully polished on the sides. Will find a better place with quality and customer service as important to the business. I do not recommend this shop.Service: Manicure

I highly recommend this nail salon they are all very polite and professional. I always love the way my nails are done and I can even go 1 month and they will not lift, and never had one of them break or fall off. My tech is Dan I have been coming to him for years! I promise you will not be disappointed with the service.
