“I dealt with two young men when I went to get a smog for my vehicle. They were both very professional and friendly. They explained to me what my issues with my vehicle were, in a way I could understand. My overall experience was a good one. I gave four stars, only because I don't care for the location. Other than that, I recommend them to anyone who needs a smog or other services for there vehicle. Again, good prices and great customer service.”
“Our car overheated on the highway, something about the transmission fluid being too hot. This was the closest place. I called and asked if they could take a look, and they said yes. When we got there, the gentleman took a close look at the engine and determined he did not have the machine to determine the problem. He recommended we go down the street where another shop could help us. That honesty and directness would have been enough for 4 stars. They went above and beyond - a young woman working at the shop had us follow behind her and took us straight to the other shop and did a warm handoff with the other mechanic. This place might be in the middle of nowhere, but you will be taken care of like family here.”
