WATCH OUT THIS ILLEGAL GAS STATION
Be aware, as all other reviewers said, this gas station is total scam. If you could hold off for another several miles down the road, all other gas stations sell gas at normal price ($4.9 per gallon vs this one $9.99 per gallon)
Wish I knew better. This gas station is definitely not legit or legal.

Yes, it is the most expensive gas in North America, but JOE told us that from the beginning!
We didnt stop for gas, we had a problem with one of the tires of our rental car. Joe dropped everything and helped aus immediately!
He took of the wheel, fixed the tire and we were off to SFO in a matter of about 15 minutes!
Dear JOE, thank you so much for helping us! You saved our holiday!

The mechanic was very nice and knowledgeable and the gas works!

Almost $10/gallon for regular unleaded gasoline. Insane prices.

Most expensive gas in North America. Be aware that there are no signs posted to let you know how much gas is until you start pumping. Make sure you read closely what they charging for gas. 9 dollars and change for regular. Cost me over $70 for less than a half a tank gouging gouging gouging. Other stations charging five dollars for the same. Highly recommend not to go there.

This gas station is world famous for being the most expensive gas station in North America. I want bumper stickers… T-shirt’s, fun to talk about this place. I tell friends all the time, quit your griping, you could be buying gas in Mendocino! The looks of astonishments I get, worth price of admission :)

Went to Joes Station in Mendo for another oil change and was impressed again…Joe is very upbeat and thorough. I went for a walk with my pup,Mia and came back to see the car up on the rack. Joe walks out from beneath with a big wad of rat fluff,argh! Then he showed me a chewed up cabin air filter which fortunately he had a new one in stock. While this was transpiring,an elderly lady was dropped off the get her car that was serviced. She was carrying a brown ? yogurt container with some tiny guppies for Joes aquarium in the lobby! We all proceeded to watch the guppies lowered into the lively aquarium. Joe distracted the orange cichlids with squiggly worms as the guppies sought shelter. Fun place! Affordable service too.
