This is a type of store I would gladly patronize over Amazon or B&H Photo even if I had to drive 4 hours to get to. Especially to Eva for making note of my phone questions and setting up the accessories and competitors to the binocular model in question. Their binocular brand selection is the best I have ever seen including the "BIG THREE" of Swarovski, Zeiss and Leica. Absolutely a "pilgrimage" and "iconic" store to go to for stellar service and selection of products. I absolutely love my camera but was absolutely shocked at how much more I use my new found Swarovski toy when hiking and biking. “This bookstore is the CUTEST!! My love suggested we go inside, initially, because she talked fondly of how there's a cat that's basically the inside mascot of the business. Just perched inside among the books and merch, hanging out. But once inside.... my eyes lit up, I was browsing the humor section, greeting cards, cookbooks, collectible items..... I even said aloud, I wonder if they carry sticker books....and turn around to find the exact item I was thinking of! We left with a beloved sticker book (2500 to choose from!), and 3 stickers I can adhere to my hydration bottles such as, mendocino coast, and northern lights. And! They offered a delightful complimentary christmas ornament. To say that we will most definitely return in the future is an understatement.
