All the employees managers do there job. Sometimes the customers get mad because they can't have it there way. I've seen a lot of customers with bad attitudes towards the team. Keep up the good work mecca staff.

If you want to have an item delivered and lost by the post office, even after they acknowledge, leave a notice, and confirm your package has indeed arrived and is ready for pickup.. have them sent to this post office. You won't be disappointed ?

I came on a Saturday and lobby was closed and I had a very important package delivered, but all thanks to Jennifer and Jose I was able to get my package!! This is the type of employees that make residents appreciate you because instead of saying they’re closed and can’t help you they made this possible and I appreciate the service due to having employees like them! It says she delivered my package on my mail box and its not there i saw her delivering and place two old navy package but the amazon package never was there and yet she still said she delivered on mail box watch out for the girl delivery mecca usps it doesn’t deliver when she supposed to and she still marks it down as she did...

There was two ladies the older lady was nice but the younger one wasnt any help, somebody got there after me and she asked him if he needed help instead of asking me first. Bad costumer service!

Great help. Needed change of address forms tried on line couldn't make it go thru on 3 different computers. Thanks to Mecca Post office my problem is solved. Thanks again. Great and very cute place walking distance from my location. I can suggest this site to all who need help

The situation is still the same. The mail lady is so rude to us we never done anything to be treated with such disrespect! First she never honks for us when we have a package she throws our package over our fence rite next to where our dog uses the restroom. She holds our mail. This week I got our light bill late the date said from Feb! My fiance already spoke to the postal master and thought problems will fix but no. Still the same holding mail now she playing with my money. At this point I want this lady fired. She needs some serious help. It's ridiculous how can someone treat someone like that . I am home all day ..ive even left her kind notes and no response so my fiance left a mean one so she gets we aren't happy with her and her response was she doesn't have to honk for everyone it's not her job and a simple please honk would be nice, before this letter I did write a sweet letter to her. I am very nice and sweet but this lady about to bring the b out in me. Also I've had my mail stollen before and now I'm thinking she has something to do with it. Personal information all gone.

They need to ID you when you pick up your package. One time they gave me someone else's package and I gave it back. Many times we get other people's mail.

It's my third time having troubles with my packages. They mark it as delivered even though it's not. They have to understand that we have valuable packages waiting to be delivered. So once we get delivered notification, we freak out because we don't see anything in the front porch. They need a new system and quit marking them as delivered when they are not.
