“This place was awesome! We needed a truck and trailer to tow a car all the way from Santa Cruz and this location came in clutch by having the only available truck and trailer combo! When I say they have a large selection I mean if they don't have at least one of them, it don't exist! My boyfriend dealt with everything being as I'm a passenger princess but I can tell you that truck was SPOTLESS! It was brand spanking new and had some pretty cool features. The one we rented had a bench seat but the passenger and driver seats still reclined separately. The owner helped on how to connect the truck and trailer which was very helpful. The trailer was definitely a trooper, my boyfriend had no experience driving a truck nor a trailer and while he was stressed, he made it look easy. I can only assume the equipment had a big part to play in that. The owner was clear with his closing times and such and made it so my boyfriend knew that he'd have to store it over night which was no biggie at all! Upon returning he ran my boyfriend though the charges and everything was great! He then went ahead and took care of the rest. The owner really make this location great with his spectacular costumer service!”
