I own a 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT which still has many of its original parts. Of course with age parts are failing, so I have had to take my truck in three times for different services. Each time I have been impressed by the professionalism of Steve at the counter and the quality of work of the technicians. As long as I own this truck I will use TNT as it’s primary care provider.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Brought my truck in to fix transmission. Took over a month, lots of excuses for why. Then got it back with top end issues in engine and complete loss of power. I wouldn't trust him....

We needed a new mechanic because our old trusty one got taken by a different car make's dealership. I saw good reviews on TnT so tried it. I really liked how I could just call & talk directly to a mechanic, unlike some places where you only can talk to the front end office people (details of car diagnoses can get miscommunicated + I just like to be able to to avoid the doctors' office style of having to wait for someone to get back to me, etc). Matt found an appointment for me within about 2-3 days & quoted me $2-300 for rear brakes because he didn't know if it'd need rotors too. Picked it up a couple of hours after drop off for $193 (they're also open till 5:30 so easy to pick up after work). The whole transaction with them was simple, zero friction, under budget. He even installed my new headlamps for free since it was no big deal (to him not me) to do- AND noticed we were missing a lug nut on our new (to us) car (sort of important for safety (:) Our kind of mechanics so far (made my problem go away with zero hassle). They'll probably be our new permanents :)

Great guys hope they're doing well through all this. This review is actually from over a year ago when I was headed up to Hot August Nights. I broke down and got towed to them on a late Friday evening, there was this shop and another shop the other shop said they would be closing in a half an hour for the weekend. TNT also said they were supposed to be closing in a little while but they would try to get me up and running. Unfortunately because of parts they weren't able to get me up and running that night they even stayed over that half an hour to try to get me up and going. Next morning they were able to get me and my 68 GTO on the road up to Hot August Nights.

I can't say enough good things about Matt and TnT Automotive. I've been a handful of times and each time I walk away feeling satisfied. Matt is down to earth, straightforward and very fair with pricing. He truly appreciates your business. I'll continue to recommend this shop to friends and family!
