We were extremely pleased with the level of care provided to our cat Jesse by Dr. Haley Rosser at Meadow Vista Vet. During the exam, she provided valuable tips in case future urinary events & Dr. Rosser gave us test results in a timely manner.

My first visit to Meadow Vista vet was after my dog was injured by a 10,000 lb snowblower, back in 2011. They took her in unscheduled and got her stabilized. They have been my vet ever since. As you need with a vet in the country, they have depth and breadth of skill beyond what you expect in the city. Great staff and really well run operation.

Candice is the best groomer in the world. I brought my golden doddle teddy in today. His fur was long and matted. She mais him look great.I know he feels so much better. She did such a great job on him.Thank you so much candice.i would give more stars if i could.

We have three dogs (2 German shepherds, 1 Yorkie) and visit this vet and groomer frequently. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions we have. They are very accommodating and always willing to squeeze us in for an appointment. Candice the groomer is GREAT! The dogs are always happy to see her and look/smell amazing when she is done with them! If I was able to give this business more than five stars I definitely would! So this review is my experience at meadow vista vet and while the doctors and back office staff have most always been helpful I've always experienced rude and self important behavior from the front office woman. Now to be honest it's been going on for most of the three years we've brought our 3 animals to be cared for but I never lodged a complaint thinking well maybe next time. A few weeks ago we called at 4:15 as our 13 yr old golden retriever was convulsing and trembling and she told me we're closing soon take him to loomis basin vet. When arriving at loomis basin we were met in the parking lot by staff with a gurney and compassion, the difference was palpable we were well taken care of and is when we decided to leave mv vet regardless of it being 5 minutes from our house. They informed us our boy was dying.. .. being fed up with the lack of courtesy and unkind behavior and language we decided we will be taking our pets elsewhere. I say this for two reasons, first the front office is the face of the business and after speaking with others who experienced the same behavior we are moving on.. when I came back to get some medicine and all our pets records today for the last time she was so nice, and it just begs the question why not always treat people that way it will make patients feel good and you as well for brightening up someone else's day. I hope she thinks about the power she has to turn around the sometimes crushing trips to the vet with our beloved furry family members.

Run ! ! ! DO NOT walk away from this place. My dog was established there and last appointment was June 13, 2023. My dog is prone to issues with her ear and they informed me that due to my dog not being seen in 6 monhts. I contacted the office on Decemebr 11, 2023 (less than 6 months) and was informed that I would need to bring my dog in for an exam, they are all about the bottom line and not the well being of the animal ever since they turned corporate.
The lady (Natalie) was extremely rude and defensive on the phone when I called them out on the changing of stories that they told both my wife and I they got even more defensive and I told them to go ahead anc cancel us as clients. Considering we used to drive an hour as they were highly recomneded from multiple individuals. The service has been sub par at best.
I recall a time being in the office and a customer was irate that they charged double now from when it was a private practice. The doctor called her to the back room and explained how the practive was sold and they need to adjust the pricing due to them being corporate. They would make an exception this one time for them and moving forward the pricing will be the pricing.

We have used this clinic since moving here. All the staff and both vets are more than wonderful. Our pets all also love them. Excellent care. In an emergency situation they will actually make sure they can’t treat the animal before just saying take them to emergency vet clinic. We love and highly recommend this Vetrinary clinic.
