My husband’s truck was majorly keyed by some a**hole and Alcon went above and beyond. I had an emergency problem with my Lexus windshield wipers as I was driving up the mountain as it was about to storm. I was panicking and decided to stop in Colfax and randomly saw their auto body shop and asked them for help. Justin was beyond kind and professional. He didn't hesitate to immediately help me; he grabbed some tools and literally took apart the entire thing as well as a front panel, arms, bolts from underneath and fixed it for me. He also told me where to buy the replacement part, which was also bad, and installed it for me afterwards. When I went inside to pay, they told me not to worry about it (free of charge). I couldn't believe how generous and kind they were! They actually worry about helping others and not only cashing in. I spoke to a customer outside the shop who absolutely RAVED about them and the work they did on his car. Forever thankful!”

“I was in town visiting family when my A/C blower motor went out, long story short; it was 105 degrees, my wife is pregnant, and we were planning to leave for home the next morning! Zach was so amazing helping me twice over the phone making sure you guys had the parts I needed before I drove over. Then there was Frank, this guy truly went way above and way beyond with his knowledge and help. I would not have been able to repair the resister, soldering wires and heat shrinking aren’t my expertise. Frank asks me if I had a soldering iron? I said no, then he says well it’s a good thing I have one in my car! I was able to install a new resister and blower motor that night thanks to you guys! Knowledgeable help and great customer service! Thank you!”

“TNT Automotive Repair Shop up in Meadow Vista, Ca. I dropped of my Chevrolet Colorado LT 3.6L about a week or so ago. There was an issue I was having, and the Folsom Chevrolet Dealer could not figure it out, or would not figure it out, but charged me heavily.
