While the veterinarian at this office is undeniably skilled and compassionate, the same can't be said for the rest of the staff. Unfortunately, the receptionists and assistants seem to have missed the memo on basic manners and customer service. Their demeanor is consistently rude and abrasive, leaving a sour taste in the mouth despite the vet's best efforts. It's a shame that such excellent care is overshadowed by the unpleasantness of the support team.

They're taking new patients and have a wait-list which is fine but I just felt that the staff was rude, short, and snooty. I also don't understand why it's an "animal hospital" if it's a regular vet that you need to make regular appointments with and not an actual hospital that treat actual hospital emergencies.

they were very professional and kind at the same time. We were very lucky that they had a cancelation at the end of the day. They worked overtime to help us out with our big boy.

Terrible customer service and communication. Only got two stars instead of one because most front desk was alright, but one person specifically really needs to get off her high horse.

I have been taking both my dogs here for about 7 years now, and have nothing but good things to say. They always take great care of my dogs and do what they can to be helpful. The other day i noticed a large swelling in my dogs ear and called and left a message around 8pm. I wasn’t expecting a call back right away since it was after hours and i didnt call the emergency line, but Dr winnacott called me back within minutes to talk to me about the situation and to schedule to have it taken care of asap. He also always spends time to explain in detail any issues my dogs are having so i can understand them and be on top of it.

I'll never forget that you wouldn't let me be with my dog when I had to put her down. Claiming that covid prevented us from being with our 11and a half year old dog will hurt me forever. You could have come to the car or let us in the office, I cry every time I think about it. No dog deserves that even during covid.

They need to treat their customers better and need to understand that when we take are pets there it can be emotional. Maybe be compassionate? We understand that you are very busy but being rude? NOY OKAY.

My dog needed emergency care, which Dr. Winnicut provided. However, some of the the charges were inflated. My dog was admitted Saturday evening and I picked her up on Monday morning. Besides the vet charges and other charges there were charges of $330.00 for tech time and $300 for ICU. She was heavily sedated and could not have required this kind of time or attention. For about 38 hours of care and mostly boarding until I could take her to my own vet, I was charged over $2000. Since there is only one emergency vet available in the area on weekends, we don't have much recourse, but I would urge others to beware.
