Well maintained, excellent security features, and helpful staff. I don't know what some of the negative comments were all about, but I was pleased with this location. I've rented a lot of storages in my life.

I just rented from them within the last month. I cannot attest to the units yet but they were clean. Alyssa has given me the best customer service. She has been very friendly and helpful.

Alright storage unit. I like to pay at the kiosk in eureka on Broadway. Very easy and convenient.

Terrible experience. Rude staff. Want help their customers. Selfish. Rent ANYWHERE else and Dave yourself the headache. They raise your rent for no reason every year too.

They call it a dead storage your not allowed to be at your storage very long, cant look for anything in your storage or you'll be locked out. I didnt have a storage but my cousin did.

Manager is so rude and combative even when you are being nice she was upset she had to get up.and show me the unit she wanted me to go find it and look at it by myself. She is lazy and mean for no reason whe you make a complaint about her ro Kim th e main manger you understand why she can get away with it. Kim is like straight outta a nightmare. She yelled at me and behaved unprofessional. When I asked for the owners number she denied it to me and lied and said she was the owner.

I tried to get a storage unit but was refused because it was a school bus, even though it's a business. She was very rude and immediately combative with me, so I will never come here, and since I have heard very terrible and tragic instances where poor homeless family's lose their things because the company won't take a payment even a few dollars under the amount, and then lie, telling them that they have time to pay it, and then sell thousands of dollars worth of things for 50 dollars and probably just kept it all for themselves. Their yard is full of things they have stolen from poor family's and disabled people.
