ANOTHER 5 STAR REVIEW I cannot believe what a great job they did fixing my windshield from a rock that made a hole in it. I cannot even tell that anything happened, and I kept saying " Oh my God "! I just couldn't believe that. I didn't see anything once it was repaired. I highly recommend this company, and once again want to thank Crystal who gave me excellent customer service ! Crystal goes above and beyond to make people comfortable and to educate them on the situation at hand she explained everything to me in full detail, and I appreciated that ! Thank you again !!!Julie

Fantastic service and professional job! Well done! Broken windshield on a Monday, fixed perfectly on a Wednesday. Loved the prompt service. Stayed on site as they fixed the windshield and was done in probably 45 minutes to an hour. The woman that answers the phone is extremely accommodating as well as kind. She answered all of my questions and was wonderful. Great place by campini's in Old Town. No hesitation in recommending this business to everyone!Mary

Had to replace my windshield and chose Faith. Really great service and very nice staff. The price point was also the best in town even compared to Safelite. Also great to support local business. The work was done super fast too. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Faith Auto Glass & Window Repair. I had a shattered rear back window. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the next work day. They replaced and tinted my rear back window. Within 2 hours I was out the door. They did a fabulous professional job for a reasonable price too! I am very pleased and feel safe once again driving on the freeway,

Walked in and was greeted by the kind young ladies in the office, they went ahead and took time to explain how the process works for fixing a cracked windshield. They were very thorough and kind. They offered coffee and the ambiance was great. Got to meet Frank, he walked me through the replacement of my windshield but gave me the honest opinion and didn't try to sell me anything.Overall, I hope I don't end up with another cracked windshield, but if I do, this is definitely the spot I'll be coming to!Thank you Faith team, you guys are awesome!

Called in the morning for a window Chip and they got me in the same day. Super friendly staff and helpful. I was in and out in 40 minutes like they said. I will be back for window tint.

After observing cracks starting to spread sideways on one of our cars' windshield, I've decided to get it replaced as it has now become a safety hazard, obstructing our vision on the road.I utilized Yelp to find the best option and discovered Faith Auto Glass, which appeared to be the top choice. Yesterday, I contacted them and received excellent customer service. I inquired about how soon the replacement could be done and they scheduled me for today.The windshield replacement only took two hours and I was thoroughly satisfied with the result. The front desk staff was exceptional and offered me a military discount. This establishment collaborates with Yelp and provides discounts to its members as well.The customer service and workmanship were truly outstanding and deserving of a 5-star rating. I will undoubtedly return for any future auto windshield repairs and window tinting needs.

I have been looking to get my windows tinted for about 2 years. Of course life happens (COVID). But let me tell you Faith Auto Glass & Window tinting came through. I requested a quote on Yelp and they responded quickly within a week I was bringing my baby into them and literally leaving my faith in their hands. Their name says it all. It was affordable, fast, friendly and nice. The rain was pouring but it didn't stop them for hooking me up. They even informed me of a battery issue I have been battling Between the dealership whom didn't even say NOTHING and Pep Boys who I bought my battery from Faith were able to tell me what I needed done. You better believe after they hooked a Sista up I brought my car in to get it taken care of. I highly recommend them and in love with my tint. They also repair windshields and cracks. Open on Saturday for us working M-F folks. I couldn't be happier with my results. Thank you EVERYONE to an amazing job well done. I only wanted my back windows tinted and as you can see they delivered!!!!

Had to replace window onf my lincoln aviator. The process was smooth. The insurance co. sent Faith Auto Glass my information. Walk in signed a few papers handed them my keys. A few hours later my car was ready. I heard whistling sounds the next day. They fixed it. Faith Auto Glass has excellent customer service, they young lady at the front was very professiona. I would recommend them.

When an insurance company quickly recommends a shop, it can make me either wonder if they feed them business for nefarious purposes, or the shop is that good. Well, I'm happy to report it's the latter with regard to State Farm recommending Faith Auto Glass. Julie Ngo at State Farm has always been helpful and trustworthy, and she didn't let us down here. At Faith Auto Glass, Crystal was quick to schedule us, and Frank and his team did an excellent job fixing the windshield in a timely manner. This is one of these modern windshields that have electronics for lane assist, rain sensing, etc., so it had to be precision calibrated. They did a great job. Highly recommended!!! LJ Jonker

Had to get my Subaru Ascent front windshield replaced due to getting damaged by a rock. I contacted my insurance company and Faith was one of their preferred vendors. I had used Faith previously for some tinting so I made my appointment with them on January 3 2023. Dropped my vehicle off at 9am. At the same time I decided to get the remaining windows tinted. I was contacted 5 hours later letting me know the vehicle was done. The customer service I received from the minute I made my appointment to picking the vehicle was fantastic. All the employees were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Faith Auto Glass and Tinting to anyone needing windshields or tinting.

I have faith! Thank you so much! I thought some how something hit my windshield and called ahead for a good repair price. When I showed up they said the crack on my new car's windshield was already repaired?! I couldn't believe it though they were right! They kindly wrote down what they found and I took it back to the dealership who is replacing the whole windshield. Unfortunate though I appreciate their help.

Came here to get my windows tinted and hands down great service from start to finish! They gave me an exact estimate of how long it would take to finish my vehicle and they stood by their word, I was in and out in a hour and a half. The quality was great and the customer service and employees were very helpful! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone to come to Temecula for their services they have to offer!
