No bathrooms and charged us a restack fee even though our pallets were packed fine? All together it was about 260 for fees

The crew was friendly with me. Teke me early before my appointment and don't take much to unload. Security guard was not really friendly but we interacted well .. maybe he was tired.. so it's a good place

Delivery times for your truck are not in your so called window. Management knows about the issue and does not fix it. Transportation department is very poorly ran.

The staff was unprofessional and the customer service was poor. When I went to pick up my order, I said hello but the person at the front desk didn't even say hello. She just asked if I was there to pick up, and then told me to sit down. I asked for her name, but she wouldn't tell me. Then she called someone else to come and help me. I asked for her manager and when manager came, he apologized and said they would talk to the rude person, whose name turned out to be Mercedes.
