Very nice and helpful staff. We were very happy with the hotel and the big room. But don't try to do laundry as a non-US-Citizen. It is not working when you dont have a US phone number.

The AC is nice, the blankets are much improved, the water pressure is wonderful, and the breakfast is FILLING.
I highly recommend getting a room suite if you're traveling in from out of state because the comforts of the suite is like a glorified apartment. I can't recommend it enough.

Insanely creepy - must be an old asylum dressed up.
To do the washing you need to be an American citizen and must use a specific app or you can't do washing - so we stayed at a place with a laundromat for absolutely nothing.
Breakfast wasn't terrible. Got interrogated about our "breakfast ticket"? Says free breakfast included, I don't see why I should need a ticket.

Well let's just say I had one of the best night to sleep here. The pillows and beds were comfortable and the air con was really consistent. The room was large almost like apartments. They have a tv in each bedroom and the livingroom. They have lots of power points for charging good wifi and all the amenities you need in the bathroom which works well. There is lots of parking and the breakfast was fine, nothing too fancy but nice. The staff seems friendly. Overall good experience. Unfortunately no photos this time.

Great hotel option for Sacramento. Pool, hot tub, and excellent looking breakfast buffet included. Restaurant and bar next to the front lobby area and open parking with lots of spots available. Rooms are nice and have a small kitchenette as well. Excellent for the price point.

Close location but horrible rooms. Sheets were dirty, I got a rash from God knows what. I got locked in the bathroom late at night and my 80 year old grandma got locked in when she was in the room by herself!!!! We slept in and showed up to the buffet breakfast 40 min before it closed and there was only cereal and a couple pieces of bread left. Huge bee problem at the pool it was super annoying and my 3 year old son got stung ?. Thank goodness we were only there two nights!

Terrible service, the air conditioning didn't work, the pool was super dirty, they stole parts from my truck, but of course the hotel is not responsible, I really don't recommend it

BEWARE!!! NOT ALL ROOMS LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES!!! I usually wait to review a hotel once I leave, but this place is completely disappointing. It is NOTHING like the pictures. The walls have not been painted after being patched. There are strange pink splatter on the wall and door in one bedroom. The tub in one bathroom is appalling. The dark stains / dirt wouldn't pass for low income housing. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. I feel I've been deceived. There is duct tape holding the carpet on the tile floor! We cleaned a white substance off the carpet upon arrival. Beware of what you may get. I was told I could get a full refund by the front desk staff when I shared my pictures with him but apparently that is not the case. (He assured me they didn't have duct tape holding down carpet in their rooms but my pictures proved him wrong.) I checked in late in the evening and was exhausted from hauling our things upstairs. I figured we'd check out in the morning and get a refund for the rest of our stay, like I was promised, so I booked a name brand hotel I trusted. Only to find out we will receive no refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay in this dump. I hope they change their mind so I can update this review.
