Great guy who really knows how to demonstrate customer service!! Lokesh was attentive even though they were short staffed and made great drinks!!! Overall a WONDERFUL experience!”

“The hotel itself is nice, and the lobby looks elegant. The room is standard fare, and does not include a fridge. The biggest problem with this hotel is the lack of parking associated with the hotel. You have to find separate parking, the closest one being the garage next door that you have to pay minimum $6 or $18 for overnight. And the hotel does not validate parking.”
“Excellent experience staying at the Element hotel in Sacramento! Very clean and well-kept facilities and staff is an outstanding example of hospitality services. Good value, nice facilities which include a well taken care of pool (no spa jacuzzi), awesome fitness gym, outdoor indoor workspaces, dog friendly walking areas for service animals and pets in general. Element is a newer hotel and so far I give it 5- Stars! Everything was overall great! Everyday there was a nice selection of breakfast included, Jose cooking in the morning has great enthusiasm and hospitality skills! Beds are extremely Westin Heavenly comfortable, nice bath body wash/shampoo, clean smelling towels. Visible security checking the parking lot often. Carts to bring your luggage up and down from your room are available. Work desk and comfortable chair. There is a very small round side table for one person to eat meals. However in my opinion the room could use a little larger table for eating since there’s a kitchen, at least for 2 persons with chairs would be ideal. Clean good water flow shower (no tub in my room) Well equipped full kitchen in room and bbq areas outdoor provide options for cooking and eating. A small convenience snack,food,ice cream and drink store is in the lobby. Plenty of seating choices indoor and outdoor, plus two fire pits to sit around at night. Friendly and attentive Management (Oksana) went above and beyond including service interactions with overall facility operations (Richard) / FD (Rami,Desiree) and housekeeping facilities staff. My choice of stay at Element was because my service animal needed to go to nearby UC Davis Vet Hospital for a surgery and while there I received additional unexpectedly bad news that he has CKD which will require future visits to UC Davis Vet. It was nice to have a a relaxing environment with good amenities away from home. GM Oksana and majority of staff were so nice and inquired about how my dog was healing and feeling throughout my stay and after we returned home. We discovered a billing issue which was eventually resolved by regional management. We will likely stay there again because of the overall favorable and accommodating experiences.Rooms: Excellent. Clean, well equipped. Nice amenities. Staff is friendly and property is well cared for with a high standard of detail and professionalism”

“Very nice. I travel for work so I stay at A LOT of different hotels, lots of home2suites. This one is great, clean(no funny smells)(room cleaning service is excellent), everybody has been very nice, and the location is great- lots of places to eat /get shopping done.
Safety: Very safe”

“Excellent service, clean well appointed room, comfortable bed, and quiet. Staff is friendly and the breakfast better than average. Overall a solid value for a comfortable night's sleep.
Rooms: Clean and included comfortable beds, TV, refrigerator, microwave, AC, sitting area, desk and a pull out table for dining or games.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was above average. Besides the usual continental breakfast offerings, there was a buffet offering scrambled eggs, egg white & roasted pepper omelets, and turkey or pork sausage choices. Was fresh and tasty!”

“Tasteful. Little details all throughout the property tell like a well loved house. And the professionalism of the staff is beyond reproach.
Just walking the halls, observing displays, or waiting in the well thought out lobby gives you the feeling of being a guest in the home of a tasteful collector. Always something interesting to rest my eyes on.
Our week stay was peaceful. The garden in back of the building gave me the feeling of seclusion. We didn't even realize we had been a rocks throw from the roadside until days after checking in. No traffic was heard from our room. Or seen. Natural light streamed in over the tree tops during the day.
This was truly an escape in a very busy place. Very pleasant for working in. Very accessible. Medical, shopping, restaurants, fast and dine-in, family entertainment, and church. ⛳ Golfland Sunsplash Roseville across the nearest intersection. No unusual activities mentionable.
Would love to visit Larkspur Landing again.”

“Upgraded newly renovated guest room is spacious with two king-sized beds and modernized adequate lighting and comfortable air-conditioning. The shower water temperature and pressure are fantastic providing comfortable shower to residents. There are drawbacks in that the hotel self parking is closed forcing guests to use valet service which charges unbelievable and unreasonable high parking fee of $45 per night. There is no not-to-disturb label/sticker available outside the room door resulting unnecessary disturbance to guests by hotel cleaners.”

“We had a two room suite with a kitchen. It had been recently remodeled. The materials used were and will become problematic. The new flooring was loose in a few places. The tile in the kitchen was impossible to not mark up and the granite countertop had a 2' long crack in it at the sink which had been filled.The breakfast buffet was good in the morning. In the evening we had our free drinks at the lounge. The lobby is freshly remodeled and is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.The location is odd. You enter a strip mall then drive out of it down a narrow road to the complex. It is not obvious and without Google maps it would have proven much more difficult.”

“This was a sad trip for me. However, the staff at the hotel made me feel safe, welcome, and well cared for. They checked up on me to make sure that I was ok due to my mental state when I arrived. By the time I woke up on my first morning there I was feeling a bit refreshed and actually glad that I picked a place off set from the family members I came to drop off in California. Family issues can be the most challenging to deal with. Kindness from strangers has amazing healing power.
Rooms: Suite style room with kitchen. I had a 2-eye stove top and dishwasher. It's more of an extended stay location. I loved the vibe. Very open flow and feel.
Nearby activities: So much to do, eat, and enjoy. Go out and explore! Shops and gaming. Fire and Ice game shop was awesome!
Safety: Very safe!
Walkability: While I was there it was extremely hot so no walking. However, do take advantage of the indoor pool! That was amazing!
Food & drinks: Breakfast is so nice! Wednesday social and snacks were delicious. I'm not a big drinker but they did offer wine and beer .
Noteworthy details: All the front staff were great. They were helpful,friendly, and local enough to direct me to good places to eat and enjoy my time.”
“Had a great stay here. Room was spotless and comfortable with excellent air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Got a great night’s sleep with no problems both nights. Super easy spot to Uber/Lyft to and from with quick pick up times, and it’s within short distance of a lot of cool spots like the Golden 1 Center etc. Convenience store literally right next door if you need anything the lobby can’t provide. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, y’all!”
