the 5 star was probably from someone who works there. Called to order material, was told to call back the next day to see if the products was still in the shop because they are moving??? I asked why can't I purchase now and pick it up in the morning, The women was like well you have to purchase the products....... finally get the products ordered, go in the next morning to pick up said materials and a guy on a fork lift will not get off his forklift to give a customer a hand loading. This wasn't some huge 100 bundles of roofing all fit in the bed of a truck and a little on the rack. They get two stars because they had most of what I needed, But they just got the first and last bit of money from my business. IT'S all customer service the simple act of helping load up a couple things goes a long way.
