Please try to bring people who speak Spanish, there are many people who do not speak English and possibly some of them were the father of one of the representatives of those who are here today. They had to decide to work to have food for them or to study and they decided It is better to work than to go to study, it is easy to criticize but everyone has their own story so there is no need to judge and if you can bring someone who speaks Spanish it would be better for the people who cannot make themselves understood by these people that you have there.

This place sucks they need to hire new workers the ones here are too comfortable and need to be coached Pamela was very rude to my mother and a couple other people that were waiting in line before post office even opened unessacary also lots of bugs in this facility she made her reweigh everything causing a line .. yeah hire new people there are plenty of better workers in the world she was just trying to overcharge for everything. If you hate your job that much quit.

The lady in the front was so rude and condescending towards me for no reason. I just left after she began to argue over postage and address and started to talk to me as if I was stupid. Even walking away I can hear her saying things

It is very frustrating every time I go to the Maywood post office because no one speaks Spanish, the poor people leave with doubts and cannot solve the problem or need they have. We need bilingual people to work in the offices and in the customer service area.

I ordered something from a local business and paid for 2-day shipping because it’s time sensitive. It’s been 5 days and the package has STILL not left this facility. I’ve been calling for 2 days and nobody ever answers. The poor local businesses in this area, I’m gonna have to get a refund and patronize a different company somewhere less messy.

I've been shipping items for a year here now and I've never had an issue. I usually go on weekday mornings and I never experience a long line. Everyone has been very helpful.

Not sure why the low rating; both Pam and Mike are very pleasant and helpful. I've been coming since the covid pandemic and have had zero issues with this post office.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, SERVICE, this postal mail, totally inept, they have made me pay twice for a shipment to Texas because the address was bad, the first time, it was just a letter that was missing and they made me pay again, now I check my trackin number, it's been more than a week and still no status, now I have to go back to see what they come up with, now, reading the reviews I realize that they leave something to be desired, their staff, terrible service from This office, I didn't read the reviews before and I made the mistake twice.

Terrible. Nobody was there to help. All windows were closed idk if it's because of COVID but you can only mail prepackaged and prestamped mail due to no one being there.
