This is the most professional, polite , friendly staff I have ever encountered they make you feel welcome and they will drop what ever they are doing to help you . They really do care in that branch, you really feel like family there .

Got to say I been a customer over 8 years and this location is my place to come , good customer service from all the bank teller including Anthony Sanchez man good and helpful kid . And the big boss Carlos the branch manager on spot if I have a problem always have helped me out . And the ATM works on here lol

These 5 stars are for the customer service I received from Anthony Sanchez every time I go into the branch. Whatever the reason may be good or bad he always has a very welcoming attitude and is very eager to help customers. Today I went in with a issue with the ATM and he helped me resolve the issue very quickly and was very informative when explaining the process to me. I will admit that on my way into the branch I was a bit upset about the issue but after having been helped by Anthony and receiving the customer service he provided I remembered why I still bank with US Bank. I want to thank Anthony for all his help and most definitely would like for him to get the recognition he deserves.

Had an issue with an inactive debit card. Went ahead and walked was greeted and helped after by a young lady with glasses. She addressed me professionally activated my card very quickly and pleasantly. Overall a quick easy seamless and super pleasant attitude I'm very happy. Thank you for a nice help and great customer service

Only one teller for the entire bank. This teller had spent more than 30 minutes with this person. There should be more tellers to handle the customers.

I have been coming to this branch for many years, used there ATM. There has been a little bit of a wait on the teller line,but for the most part the tellers are extremely excellent. I have never had a issue with the tellers. They know you by name all ways have a smile ask you how your day is going and are very attentive. But yesterday I went in to place a stop payment and make a deposit, and as always the teller where excellent. After the deposit the teller guided me to the banker side of the branch so the stop payment could be placed on my account. This is the correct procedure that has to done so the teller line is not bogged done. So as always the teller are on there game. At this time the banker was with a customer, so I sat down waited for a reasonable time. After the banker was finished with his customer I waited for a few minutes hope I could be help. Nothing the banker took his time and instead of getting up and asking how are or I will be with ASAP he answered his phone, now I under stand he had to answer his desk phone but it seemed to be a personal phone call more then anything, especially when you answer the phone by saying "waz up" how we doing this"...... I got up and left, called customer service over the phone and had the issued resolved. speaking as a former Banker and Member Service Rep from a credit union, I could honestly tell you if I had done anything like that my branch manager would be on my case. If I would have noticed another bank employee doing this, it would have addressed at a appropriate time. I hate giving a average rating especially when the tellers are so excellent. But expectations where not meet on the banker side. Banker should be more attentive, I understand that bankers have goals to meet and if a stop payment does not seem like something that can help your goal, then I would suggest you look at further training in cross selling other products and services.

Simply best of the best.I was attended by 2 gentlemen who were awesome.Tito Hernandez & Oscar Ortiz (supervisor).I was warmly greeted and they both helped me open my account very smoothly.They even gave me some US Bank pens 😂😎ðŸ‘
