I came into this pawnshop less than 30 days ago purchased a beautiful diamond ring . it was a little small so I asked if they could make it larger in size ? I was told no problem by a lady who is the only woman in this pawn shop , and her husband .After making the purchase paying in full for the ring , and for the repair. I left the ring at United pawnbrokers on 5857 south vermont and came back to pick it , up and it was not perfect but it was acceptable !nevertheless I've had the ring less than 30 days , and the entire ring where the repair man added gold has completely broken off .!!! It just came off one big piece now they are refusing to repair the ring! So on yesterday when I return to the pawn shop I was told I would have to pay again to have it repaired that's not acceptable so today I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be calling law-enforcement to file a report I'm done with shady business is getting away with miss treating people in the community

I have trusted them with over 25 grams of 14 k gold and they were honest all they way and will work with you if you're nice enough lol
