I went to this location yesterday to pick up my medicine from the pharmacist and my interaction with the female worker was very unprofessional and very rude , I have never felt more disrespected, humiliated and put into such a uncomfortable environment when the worker questioned me asking me if the medicine I picked up was for me due to me having covid like symptoms questioning me in front of other people standing behind me in line asking me " What was I doing in the store if I had Covid" when I explained to her I actually got tested and told her my results just came back negative and I was cleared just had a cold she proceeded to say " Still you shouldn't be in this store if you're sick " while wearing my mask she proceeded to act loud and unkind walking away and giving her back to me , People standing behind me over heard the entire conversation everyone started looking at me making me feel uneasy and embarrassed , with all due respect I don't think it's anyone's business to question someone in front of others and if I did have Covid or not she shouldn't have acted that way towards me or anyone else I shouldn't have to explain myself in front of the line that's not a pharmacist job the only reason I did was because she seemed to feel some way since she looked at the medicine and she wasn't wearing a mask, I will no longer be coming back to this location after the experience I had I don't wish this upon anyone , Rite Aid should re evaluate the type of people that are representing there brand if that's the type of image they want to portray.

Very bad service to begin with, they do not have bilingual people working to help people who do not speak English, there are few employees in that area of the pharmacy

Tried to get info about a medication to see if they have it available and to fill my prescription, I was told since it's a controlled substance I couldn't get that information, I would need to come in with a prescription already filled. How am I supposed to send my prescription there when they might not have it. Also what am I going to do with that information???? I have called other pharmacies (I.E. CVS and Walgreens) and they are able to tell me if they have the medication or don't, thanks a lot entitled pharmacy lady.

In the past I've come here to complain about this pharmacy so it's only fair to come here after I've just had a pleasant experience with your pharmacy tech over the phone. Who ever is clocked on helping in the pharmacy today, August 16th at 4:20pm is a ray of sunshine in my day today. Thank you.
