A fabulous place to shop - IF you are a sadomasochist or like your intelligence insulted! They totally lie about the lead time and make themselves completely inaccessible once they take your money. You have to wonder what they are shipping into the country when the shipping container is held in port for 32 weeks! I highly recommend NOT purchasing thru them. Go to Brown Jordan or Janus et Cie for professionalism, style, quality, and expediency.

Imagine my surprise pulling into the parking lot to view this "luxury" product, and it turns out to be nothing more than a warehouse space. I spoke with Martina Reisman via telephone who had a very self-inflated opinion of the product - and, in person - herself. She was more interested in tossing her thin hair and regaling me with stories of overseas travels than actually viewing the product - Well, what little product inventory was available in this dingy dusty warehouse space. The owner (Steve Reisman), as I found out later, came out at one point looking over his horned rimmed glasses at me but never even bothered to introduce himself. I guess, in today's market, luxury means no staff, little product, zero location, and chinese aluminum and fiber. I found the same sculptural product at Restoration Hardware plus an amenities worth of beautiful supplemental pieces. The pricepoint and the quality were better there, and they offered refreshments while you shopped in a well air conditioned retail space. Just imagine walking through a dreary, unispired, hotbox of a warehouse and they don't even offer you water!!! Luxury indeed! After doing a little research, it turns out the "Spartan" daybed is actually designed and manufactured by a company named Locsin in the Philippines and THIS luxury company just slaps their tag on it. Neoteric means new or modern - Nothing was new or modern about these owners, their product, or that AWFUL location. NOT WORTH THE DRIVE OR DRIVEL!!!!!!!!!!

This company provides lead times of 12-14 weeks. The lead time actually runs anywhere from 16-28, sometimes more. As such, they force their sales team (both internal and external) to regularly lie to the clients pre and post purchase about being able to meet deadlines. Do not EVER expect a callback from the owners, themselves, as they will never personally return a call. It is beneath them. They want your money not your interaction. You are beneath them.
