Went to buy some flowers for my mom and ended leaving disappointed. The lady that helped me lacked customer service skills and had attitude. When i was talking to her about the flowers i wanted and asking what there prices were she was responding very rushed and with an annoyed tone. Im not sure why she was in such a rush to get me out of there is there was no line and no one else there but me. I tried to brush it off but i really didn't appreciate her tone when i asked if i could see the flowers that they had ready i didn't even get to finish my question before i was interrupted and basically yelled at on the design i wanted to see with an annoyed tone. I told her i didn't want anything and left very upset and in shock because of how rude i was treated when i wasn't being rude at all. You also aren't allowed in the store so you cant even see the quality of the flowers.

I've ordered flowers a couple times from this business, and I have had happy recipients both times. The flowers were delivered to the door the day after I ordered them (as I requested). I would absolutely order from this business again; small business, good value for cost, friendly service!

Went in there to pre order 100 roses for valentines and i asked the gentleman if he can show me a flower like the one that would be used in the bouquet. He then proceeds to walk to the back of the shop and comes back with a beautiful red rose. I was intrigued and decided to go ahead and purchase the 100 rose bouquet l. He then claims that he always works with the best roses and always wants to impress the client so they will return. Nonetheless i agreed and came back to pick up the flowers. To my surprise they looked nothing like the flower he showed me. Some flowers looks burned from the edge, due to the fact that they were starting to die. I asked if he can just remove and replace the ones that looked burned. He did not refuse and went to switch them out. Unfortunately i had to go to work. My brother picked them up for me later that day. I got home and saw the flowers they were better but still unsatisfactory. If i had more time i would have demanded my refund for such poor craftsmanship. And showmanship. I wouldn't recommend. Maggies on the other hand always delivers
