Do NOT come to this shop. They scammed me out of 200 dollars . I went in just to get 1 phone plan of 60 dollars a month. When it was time for the payment the following month. I went to another metro store . They showed me they added 2 lines ! Instead of the 1 I had asked for .She gave me an extra phone she made it seem it was a gift . I verbally asked her if I was getting the 60 dollar plan she said yes . Will be going to small claims Court. It was the short heavy Set woman .

So I had a bad experience yesterday but today I went back and “Jasmin” was able to help me out with my phone line and tablet . As soon as I entered she greeted me. I ended up adding another tablet to my account and she was so nice and fix the problem I had. If you need help come and ask for Jasmin.

DO NOT GET SCAMMED HERE. My girl came in here to get her phone activated and a phone case. Employee Victor took the case out of the packaging and kept the packaging. When she got home I told her I had a spare case so she went back to return the case and they refused the refund when she just bought it. That is foul customer service and she will seriously consider leaving metropcs. Always have to deal with stuff like this and companies like T-Mobile(yes I know they own you now but you aren't them), Verizon and Sprint would never do something like this because they want to actually keep their customers. You guys got to step it up. For a company to do this in 2020 it's absurd. Will gladly update my review if you guys make this right and hopefully change that outdated policy.
