Do not ever order from here! NO ordenen de aquí! So upset had been ordering from here for 3 years! but NO MORE. NO MAS. LAS MORALES! Ordered 3 Tables and 18 chairs! They left with 4 tables! One of them was which was mine and now are claiming it was there because they had there "Initials" now when asking for proof they can't locate it. If I ordered 3 tables why would you take 4??? And now they are not willing to find a solution! Basically I am asked out on something that was mine to begin with. Blanca your customer service is horrible! Work on it!

The lady who helped me is nice. She only speaks Spanish (for those who don't understand or speak Spanish). I've come here plenty of times and they have good prices

STOP if you're thinking of renting a jumper, table or chairs. This place delivered a very dirty jumper inside the jumper were all kinds of food and spots that were sticky. Also a broken chair and a table that was broken. When I called I got VERY POOR customer service. They didn't want to deal with me and hung up when I called back they didn't answer. They were also 3 hrs late It made me very stressed out. Never calling them again!

They're very friendly and I've been supporting them for as long as I remember. Ive rented jumpers, tables, chairs, and party supplies that were needed. They sell at a fair price. However, I rented 2 tables during the pandemic and they were extremely dirty. They don't sanitize their stuff. My group was less than 10 people so COVID precautions were followed. I think it's important during this time to sanitize stuff that's rented. Just make sure to sanitize what you rent

If you are looking for a place that is professional Do Not get a jumper from here. First of all the time that is posted on yelp is different from the time they actually open. They do have a sign outside but even that sign is different than the time the open. I get it that business owners can open and close whenever but do not expect to get a good review , when people are depending of them. I ordered a jumper and one they came way earlier than they should of and no one was home. Why ask for a time when its not the time they will go, they go to their convenience. I do think I over paid for the jumper I got. Look around and shop around. Thats the advice I would give .

This is my go to place. It is convenient, has great customer service, nicely stocked, very accommodating, and overall a great option for your party needs. I initially came across this place while searching for a small jumper a couple of years back and have made this a must stop shop for all of our parties ever since. They have very good deals and can offer a wide range of party rentals and supplies. I am surely glad I came across this place.

This is my go to place for party rentals! I love that they offer everything I need at an affordable rate. Blanca and her family manage the store and they're are really friendly and really helpful. I show them a picture of the arrangement I want and they'll create it!

I have been renting from Chavelitas for few years. They have great customer service for my family/other events. They always have what I need and they do the best they can to make it happen. Not only that if asked them for advice on something your not sure on they help you out with great ideas.
