Don’t do business with them. The owner said he could do a 501-c3 for our non profit. But when I contacted the iIRS if they received the paperwork, IRS said they never received anything from filings the 501 C-3. We confronted the owner and he can’t handle confrontations. He just claimed his blood pressure was going up and all this b.s. on his health. He pocketed the money and who knows what he did but was was caught in the end. If you value your money and time go to a reputable business. They are crooks and got caught. He eventually filed the paperwork after a year. Which is after he was confronted. Please be careful with the main thieves. Do your research.

Avoid this place, they charge a lot and make a lot of mistakes. I went to another office, they reviewed me for 3 years and they saw that they did not put me as head of the house and I have small children that I pay for a babysitter and that was not added, I lost a lot of money and now it can't be corrected. . I recommend this other place, very cheaper and very helpful. Pacific Professional Income Tx is in Huntington Park, 10 minutes away and has plenty of parking.

I walked in by referral, I was directed to Sergio and may I say he is amazing, he helped me understand somethings I never knew I am definitely coming back to him next yr It's a wonderful environment it's a family, friend business and there all amazing I definitely recommend this place

Don't listen to negative reviews, I've been doing taxes for almost 20 years and so far never had any problems. I won't tell you I recommend this place but I sure can tell you to experience it for yourself. They've been great to me.

I live in Long Beach and have been driving to this office for my tax needs. Tony corona has been my tax preparer for about 15 years. I make an appointment 8 am for a Saturday and I'm in and out pretty quickly.

These guys are awesome. Sergio helped me out this year and he made the process a breeze. He is very polite and knowledgeable. I gave him different scenarios to work with and he was happy to answer all of my questions. Will definitely be seeing Sergio next year!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I definitely would. Do not get your taxes done here! The receptionist is rude, has no patience, and has a bad attitude. If you do not like people, then do not work with people! She has horrible customer service skills. She is literally just a receptionist but acts like she owns the place. Now, she has her daughter working here too. The person who did my taxes was Isabella. That “lady” is just as bad, she charged a larger amount than what I remember, and when I asked her about it. She gave me so much attitude saying that the prices went up. Also, she kept doing a hand gesture for me to hurry up my sentences when I was talking to her. When she was printing my paperwork, she and some other co-workers were talking about a client! How disrespectful and unprofessional is that! This is the worst place to get your taxes done, do not come here.

I love this place, John is the absolute best. No one has ever made it so easy and worry free. Will be coming back every year to do my taxes, hopefully I won't be late this time

I went for the first time ever to do my taxes at this office I should've known better, someone is even saying they are not accredited. No help at all just dismissing and confusing customers when they're the ones inputting incorrect information. If they have random people who don’t even know what they’re doing why are they open? Definitely do not recommend to anyone especially people they can take advantage of.
